I think these may need to be looked up individually.
Using google reverse search and some key words, I found some links that may be of benefit.

As long as you do everything in eBay messaging, there is tracking. You should be fine.
If you did not respond to the request, you should be fine. It is my understanding that eBay only allows the exchange of information (and therefore communications outside of eBay messaging) if it is directly related to a sale matter that is occurring through eBay such as a large purchase, the pick up of an item, or a problem with a sale. For example, if you are arranging the pick up of something like a car you sold. Even in such a case, do as much communicating (including follow-up messages) through Ebay messaging as possible. This protects the seller, buyer and eBay (the final value fee).
With new items taking up so much of the Ebay market, I wonder what the return rate is especially if they are commodity items. Often times, when purchasing something one knows is produced in mass and can be easily replicated or rebought, the thought of return ( if not to an exact liking) can be easily reached.
On another note, when selling new items that are massed produced, the competition is going to be even stronger with a constant fight for who has the lowest price.
This may be a part of selling used items, but there are going to be items that buyers may not be able to easily find, so there may not be so many competitors. It really depends what the item/items are.
On another note, with sellers such as Jay and Ryanne (and I am sure other sellers) having such a huge store consisting of items that are not new and yet making huge profits, eBay is not going to turn their back on that. I do not see eBay simply dismissing that market or profit opportunity. I think in order to maintain a demand for used items and the attention of eBay as sellers of used items, we need to keep listing (whatever your specialty is) and finding those items that do not have 50 listings with 2 sold.
Hello Jay,
I would like to share a thought. I would like to share that you not allow any kind of selling/buying posts to occur in the forums. You and Ryanne started a fantastic thing that allows sellers to safely (without competition) communicate with each other, share ideas, support each others business endeavors, and navigate the world of online selling regardless of what level they are at. Once you allow any kind of selling/buying (people being allowed to post what they are searching for), it then changes the dynamic. It has the potential to open a very competitive dynamic that may cause some sellers (especially if one or more is selling what buyers are looking for and post about in here) to disengage from the supportive nature of this forum and focus more on the selling. One of the neat things you and Ryanne have allowed for is for sellers to help each other identify items in order to sell them. Once a competitive dynamic begins, that may go away – who wants to help their known competitor sell their products?
In the mainstream world of online selling, we are all each others competitors because that is just the nature of online selling. I request that you and Ryanne allow the forums to remain a safe place for a “community’ of sellers to talk to and support each other.
Thank you for all you guys do to share your experiences as sellers and to support others in their selling endeavors.
If I recall correctly, I think selling the code or giving it away may be against eBay policy and could open the door to some unexpected difficulties. You may want to check the deadline on use of the code before doing anything about it.
10/01/2017 at 7:02 pm in reply to: Customer leaves positive feedback with a negative comment? #23464I would offer that it depends how much time and energy you want to put into this and as to what your other feedback is like.
I have seen other sellers make a comment below the buyer’s comments. If you choose to follow-up (and the comments can not be removed) -what comes to mind is: I am sorry you were not happy with what was described in the listing or the resolve identified.
Another option may be to block the buyer and move on and let the rest of your feedback stand for itself.
I would also like to offer that this may just be an opportunity to see if there is anything to be learned from this experience. Sometimes the situations that get under our skin can be our greatest teachers.
It would be interesting to know how more experienced sellers might approach this situation.

I would offer – Are there smaller supplies that you can use the coupon for because you know you use them all the time and they can be easily stored? Would it benefit you to have them as a back up instead of having to repurchase them when you really need them? I have learned that in this business, as prepared as you think you are, you can never really predict what is coming down the line or what you might find that you may want to sell and may need those extra supplies for.

Could it have been a gift and the person who signed it did so for commemorative purposes?

There is a thread in one of the main forums (I think it is Buying and Selling on Ebay) called something like What is this? You may want to post your question there. There may be others who are more knowledgeable and will be able to provide you with the information you are looking for.

Hello,
Selling 50 items a week is pretty impressive. I was wondering if you had any tips/strategies you might be able to share. Have you found it to be good pictures, good descriptions or something else that helps you sell 50 items per week?Ebay has an entire section about it. I went to the bottom of the main ebay page, clicked on Help and Contact and then typed Vero into the search bar.
This is what came up.
You would think that with the amount of money sellers bring in for ebay, they would treat sellers much better. If there was a compareable option and sellers left to sell on that site, I am sure ebay would step up their game.
