In conversing with an eBay rep, it was shared with me that if there is a UPC code, eBay is reminding sellers to put it in. If there is no UPC code make sure to click the drop down box and click on Does Not Apply.

I use paint 3D which I have found to be beneficial and it works with the eBay zoom feature.I agree. This message seems too long winded to be from eBay unless someone was having a really good day and just wanted to reach out to another human being. I would definitely call eBay. I have received what seemed like eBay emails only to find out that they were fake. Check your messages directly in your eBay account. If it is from them, it should be there. If it isn’t, call them directly.

I have never seen this one before. Thank you for sharing

Hello,
I concur with the points Jay has shared. I would like to offer that if for some reason you do not wish to share such information in this forum that you be prepared to discuss such information with ebay. I think you will ultimately have to speak with them because they are the only ones who can reinstate or permanently suspend your account. Some of the questions Jay identified may be the same ones you will need to discuss with ebay. I would offer that when you converse with ebay, you do so in a calm, professional, non defensive manner and know your account like the back of your hand so you can discuss all elements and answer any questions. In addition, I concur about not opening random accounts to try to trick ebay.
In trying to complete a different task, I accidentally found out that one of my listings needs a product identifier.
These are steps I took trying to complete another task which lead me to find out that one of my items needs a product identifier.
Clicked on My Ebay in the upper right corner.
This opened the Seller’s Hub
Then I toggled over Listings and went down to Active and then clicked on it.
On the left side under the blue button that says Create Listing, I clicked on the Action box in order to check all of my listings because I was trying to do an edit of all of my listings.
Then I clicked on the Edit button which is next to the blue Create Listing button. A choice came up to Edit Selected or Edit all listings. I clicked on all listings.
A new frame came up that said processing.
Then a chart emerged with all listings and relevant information about them. I had to use the bottom slide bar to see the information on the right side.
The chart had two tabs located at the top – Errors and Warnings and the other said Listing Improvements Recommendations. The Errors and Warnings tab appears to be the default tab and automatically opened.
Right below the Errors and Warnings tab (which automatically became the active tab) one of my items was noted along with a red bubble with an exclamation point next to it. The identifier needed for the listing was also identified.Below each tab are buttons – Edit fields, Action, and Edit Price each with their own features.
I then clicked on the box next to the listing in order to choose it which caused a box to open on the right side with the listing information and the ability to update it. Unfortunately, I did not have the information at hand to make the immediate change but it looks like the listing remains flagged until the needed update is completed.
Not sure if this helps, but it lead me to find out that one of my listings needs an identifier.
Although I did not receive such an email, I would offer that if eBay has identified certain items that need updating, they have a record of it. You may want to call them to request a list of the items and the identifiers they have flagged that need to be on listings. Moreover, if for any reason they are not able to provide you with a list, based on what you shared, it seems to me that the items will be identified once they have ended and you need to relist them or once they come up for automatic renewal. I have noticed that eBay has put alerts in listings when something is not correct or will trigger something else. Was anything mentioned about fees or the items being taken down due to lack of identifiers?

I was just looking and noticed that the tail and wings look different. I wonder if it is a specialized version. I know sometimes with military aircraft, some planes were of a certain type but designed slightly different for the planes purpose.

Here are a couple of links that may be of benefit.
https://www.etsy.com/search?explicit=1&q=japanese+hand+painted+bamboo+umbrella
https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=japanese+hand+painted+umbrella&qpvt=japanese+hand+painted+umbrella&qpvt=japanese+hand+painted+umbrella&qpvt=japanese+hand+painted+umbrella&FORM=IGRE the bottom left corner identifies if the umbrella is being sold by someone and if it is who is selling it.
If you are not able to find what you are looking for using these links, you may want to include the word parasol in your search terms.
Hope this helps.-

It is my understanding that color discrepancy is considered buyer’s remorse and is not considered a valid return reason. It is also my understanding that eBay will support you in denying a return if the reason is due to color discrepancy. It would be interesting to note how other sellers might word the response to the buyer.

I see it noted that the sale was only $12. I do not know if it is worth the time and effort to go beyond a simple effort to be recouped. The effort might be letting him know that you do not have replacement pair, the glasses are on their way, and that once they get there you will make an exception and allow him to return them. Do not mention anything about who will pay for the return. I might then make a decision based on his response.
