Thank you T-Satt and Jay. The both of you were able to provide more details and insight than even an eBay rep. I thought I would call them to see if they had an official holiday something to tell sellers about handling time and shipping services in order to meet the Christmas shipping deadlines. It took longer to explain my question than it did to get the answer which still did not cover my actual question. Thank you again.
Yes, that makes sense.
Did you try it in all three browsers? Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome? Changing browsers actually makes a difference.
Also, for those few with the problem, just run a mobile friendly check again. I have found with some of mine that for whatever reason, the mobile fix did not take the first time.

I checked mine and saw no problem. You may want to go back into your listing, click on advanced settings on the rigt, center your text in the description box and then click on Mobile check on the right side. When you click on Mobile check, if the settings need to be fixed, it will show you in red. Click fix it and then scroll down in the same window to click apply or ok ( I do not remember the wording). Then click on Update Listing on the bottom left. Make sure you have closed out the ebay window on your phone so it can refresh. Go back in to check.
Oh, I just read your post again. If you are talking about it occurring while on the listing page, I have found that too. Close out your listing and go to another browser. There appears to be a compatibility issue. Sometimes browsers are updated but the updates do not match the programming of a particular website.

SandyGirl,
Because yours are hard to find -I would offer that you price them higher than 25 with Best Offer. Hard to find shoes with a hard to find style/look might bring the buyer that wants just that and is okay with a higher price.
Hello Ryanne,
I just wanted to share that I think some responses might still be getting lost. I posted a response earlier to SandyGirl’s comment about the Salvation Army marking a price on the bottom of the shoe and it seems to have disappeared. Not sure if you will receive this posting, but I thought I would try just in case.I did not see the standard Nike logo. I was wondering where the Nike Logo or name was. I ask because that will be a huge selling point in the description and your pictures. In addition, I noticed the shoes were identified as Cole Hron. I kept seeing Cole Haan in my research. If you are able to take a picture of the name, that will also be a huge selling point so customers do not confuse the names. You may want to also include words such as Black and White Color block and Saddle Shoes in your description.
As for pricing, three thoughts come to mind: 1. List them with a high price and Best Offer. 2. Put them on auction with a starting price you would be comfortable with. 3. If you do auction, you may want to do 7 day to create a need to buy. A 10 day may also be a option.I did not know Nike made shoes like the pair you have, so it got me to thinking.
I did some research. I think you may have Saddle shoes and they may be for golf. Here is a link that may be of benefit.

If you want, connect your phone to the computer using a 2 sided cord which should have come with your phone (one side has big metal piece for connecting to the computer and the other has a small piece for connecting to the phone). It should be a detachable piece from the main charger piece itself. Once you plug the computer into the phone, when you browse for pictures, go into your main file folder on the computer and look for the phone name itself which should appear. If it doesn’t, click on This PC. Then look for Devices and Drivers. If your phone is plugged in, you will see the name of it. Then click on the phone. Click on the pictures folder. You may have to take some time to explore this to find your pictures. I do not own an IPhone, so I am not sure of its exact setup when doing picture tranfers. Then navigate to the picture. You could also just do a picture phone dump and just download all of your pictures onto the computer.
Another option, call the company who provides your service and simply ask them for help transferring your pictures from your phone to the computer. This is within their perview and should not cost a dime.
Zach, Inglewood, Retro Treasures WV, T-Satt, and Jay,
Thanks again for sharing about your profit investing. A follow-up question. I was wondering when you consider it a good decision to take from your personal monies for business expenses (especially building inventory and/or your supply base) because your business monies have already been spent for the week or month.
You were right on Incompentent Picker. I used the words you shared – “19th century chinese export vase with hunt scene”.
This is what came up.
Thank you for sharing how you do your profit investing. It is really helpful to hear how other sellers go about profit investing.
I could not find this exact vase, but what came up during researching this item which might be helpful includes:
1. apparently that is a British man on the horse.

Other key words that came up include 19th century and 1840’s
Here is the eBay shipping calculator in case it helps.
Do you have a picture you could share?
