For the Southern Split Dark Roast Blend, the description calls it “Our Dark House Blend”. Sort of confusing since the capitalization seems to be calling it something different than Southern Split.
I might get some next time eBay Bucks come out, have saved the seller.
I stored my coffeemaker years ago and went to Keurig but still brew some specialty coffee now and then using the insert. Generally, I want a little finer grind for that, is that something you can do?
I don’t set an automatic reject price because I feel like it is an opportunity to open a dialog and perhaps the buyer will be reasonable.
If I get something reasonable I will accept if it is within 5-10 percent, otherwise, I might check the age of the listing and maybe look at the buyer’s feedback left for sellers before deciding. I seem to have good luck countering with a note asking if we can split the difference, using that calculated amount.
Congratulations on giving yourself this great gift of reduced stress and more productive time. It isn’t always easy to do.
These buyers need to be reported though, they will just keep doing it otherwise. It’s similar to shoplifting.
It does say bring your packaged item and code to your post office.
I’m going to assume you have to pay full retail rates with this.
If you have a favorite thrift store maybe you can work a trade, they can always use hangers.
The on looks similar, intended to hang from the edge of a planter pot. Maybe the bigger one is for a planter box.

Maybe the “legs” just fit down into the dirt of a flower pot to keep it upright and all you see is the butterfly.
I’ve never been in this situation exactly but decline to take on items that someone wants to give to me.
One thing not mentioned, don’t forget to factor in the value of the income tax deduction for the items you donate to Goodwill or other nonprofit charity, that deduction gives you a little something for your time.
Locally, my favorite place to donate clothing and household items is a battered women’s shelter which runs a thrift shop, the women and their children have first shot for free. Nicer women’s clothes and accessories are much appreciated because some of these women have nothing decent to wear to a job interview or to work if they get a job. They just give me a blank receipt to fill in the value for tax deduction purposes, but its the “feel good” value that means the most.

It’s not what this buyer thinks but what prospective customers who might see the feedback and your repose will think of you.
I agree, stay away from Amazon for now. I’ve been selling there for 7-8 years and it’s about 30% of my sales, but also about 75% of my problems. It’s hard to walk away from that level of sales, but if I had it to do again I wouldn’t.
1984 was the start of some semi-crazy years in my life. Separated, dating my late wife, new promotion, traveling a lot for business, etc. I don’t remember a lot of those things in the link, just too wrapped up in my own world I guess. One thing I do remember is the women’s pleated slacks that were high-waisted and tight in the rear. Well, that sort of shows where my mind was. Oh, and the big hair.
I’ve shipped international since long before there was Global Shipping. GS actually hurt my sales you might say since very few sellers shipped international back then. I used stamps.com for awhile, then switched to ShippingEasy for all my shipments.
I have had very few international non-deliveries over the years, not any more than domestic shipments. When I look at the savings compared to the few times I have had to refund I’m coming out ahead. I can usually beg a few extra weeks on these shipments before refunding and many times they do finally get there before I have to take action. When I do refund I ask them to let me know if they do eventually receive the order, and if they do I send a PayPal invoice and they almost always pay. I guess that ability is over now with Managed Payments, I hope that gets changed.

10/06/2020 at 10:33 am in reply to: Buyer Bought From Me to Fulfill Their Amazon Order Now Asking for Refund #82200I sell on Amazon. Their return process is very simple, if the buyer requests a return, regardless of the reason, if it is within the 30-day return window (now extended holiday returns until Jan 31st) they get a prepaid return label to print. Sellers cannot refuse a return, but they can give a partial refund under specific situations after the item is returned. But, the return label is going to be to return the item to the seller’s official return address in their Amazon seller profile, no choices. The drop shipper will have to ship it back to you for a refund after they receive it.
Keep it simple and clear, tell your buyer to return for a refund. then don’t respond to any additional messages as nothing else matters. Don’t accept a return except through the eBay return flow and time limits. If they file a NAD you can deal with that then, and at that point, the details might matter if you call eBay. It’s possible you might not hear anything more from the other seller.

What is the reason for the return?
