continued….
and I was offered the promotion.
Can’t figure out who they targeted. I’m like you, Christine, TRS with good shipping and returns record and I’m also only a bronze level. Generally have somewhere between 200-250 items listed and usually only sell about 20-25 items per month.
Sharon, I ran into the second situation mentioned last night. There’s a local seller I follow and I was checking her solds for the past week. When I clicked on the sold listing, there were photos of something else showing. Sometimes when I clicked, it even showed me a current listing from an entirely different seller. Weird.
You probably know this, but it also includes any current live listings that you change over to free return shipping before June 15th, so I changed all my current listings yesterday.
“Sellers must update or create listings to allow for free 30-day returns such that seller pays return shipping costs and does not charge any restocking fees on items returned 30 days after the later of the estimated delivery date or confirmed delivery date (“Eligible Listings”).”
That promotion was in my Ebay messages today, too. I wasn’t even considering going free returns until I saw how it was working for others, but this promotion prompted me to switch all my listings to free returns.
They say they’ll only reimburse up to a maximum of $200 and they’ll only cover returns for buyers remorse, fit, etc., not for INAD. We have to pay for the return shipping up front and we’ll be reimbursed at the end of the promotion (or possibly sooner, I think it said).
I figure if I start getting close to the $200 amount and I’m not seeing enough increase in sales to support the free returns, I’ll change everything back.
So it is a business card holder. Thank you very much, Mike.
No, not wide enough for an envelope. Thanks!
Hopefully, Mike will come back with the corresponding link.

Yes.05/11/2018 at 6:05 pm in reply to: File Exchange v. Wonder Lister/Six Bit/Other eCommerce Management Platform #39712Jay, I’m not familiar with the specifics for Staff Accounts. I have a small business with no employees. When I searched for some info. on them, I ran across a seller spotlight that mentioned:
“As the business grew, the option to create staff accounts with custom permissions became quite a useful feature as well.”

05/11/2018 at 12:58 pm in reply to: BOLO – Sold four Revere Ware pots to four different buyers in that last week #39690There’s a school of thought that the Ebay algorithm changes your Best Match placement based on what you’ve sold. For instance, once it (Best Match) sees that you’ve successfully sold a piece of Revere Ware, your other Revere Ware listings get a bump in search.
Meant to include the Inkfrog link:
Never used Garage Sale, but just thought I’d mention that Inkfrog’s unlimited subscription ($15.95 per month) includes staff accounts.
Very informative. Thanks, Nancy!
Thanks for trying (and for the affirmation).
