ChristineR – Thanks for another good sales video. I for one *am* interested in your RA sales – what the items are, etc.

Thanks for the info, Julie B.

It is and was for TRS-Plus. You do not have to offer free returns for TRS.
Look at the “return reason” field of the return.
Wow – you nailed it!
Looks like that’s a teacher’s union.

What!?!? Are you kidding? 😉
I had a great t-shirt with a dot-matrix photo of myself and 3 friends that we had made at the boardwalk at the Jersey shore. The 80s were fun times. It depends on the return reason. If the reason is “didn’t fit” or “didn’t like it” or something like that, the buyer automatically pays for return shipping – you don’t have to do anything. If the reason is “not as described” or “broken/doesn’t work” then you will be charged for the return shipping label.
I meant what Jay said – if he doesn’t open a return, there’s nothing else for you to do. Easy.
I would simply ask him to open a return case – ebay is not going to do anything for him unless he opens one. Then see what happens – perhaps ebay will force him to send it back since he will be provided with a label. But either way, you’ll definitely have a defect on your record due to the return reason.
If I really wanted to avoid the defect, and since it’s not a big ticket item, I might just go ahead and refund via PayPal, and then contact ebay to get my FVF refund.
But I’m no expert – this has not happened to me before.
05/03/2020 at 9:39 pm in reply to: How is USPS copping during the Pandemic? Just wondering….. #76981Actually, I just realized that the free USPS packing supplies I ordered are taking a much longer time than usual to get to me. One order was shipped on April 21st and I still haven’t received it. And I can’t check on it right now b/c the tracking function isn’t working right now on the usps website.

“My Stetson hat has been ambling thru the countryside of Ohio for three days. ” LOL!
I haven’t noticed any issues with the USPS recently myself.

Thanks for the link to Jordan’s FB page, Sharyn. I found this encouraging answer from him on there:
You may choose to pay for shipping labels by having the costs deducted from pending payouts or by using your payment method on file (paypal, credit card or bank account)
If this is true – yay! I definitely look forward to earning CC points for shipping charges.
