There is a break even point somewhere between your max free items now and the free items on the next level store. Remember to include the items sold in the current month with your current active listings to get to the number of items you are being charged for.
I wouldn’t hold back on any listings before the change. The benefit you get from listing them far outweighs any listing costs.
What are the costs for the two stores, and number of free items involved.
Good Luck.
Wow.. where did you get the information that First Class is insured for up to $50?
I’ve never heard that before?
08/14/2017 at 5:35 pm in reply to: Got a negative and a return request: Exercise in patience and positivity #21777So, I’m guessing you agreed to accept the return (for fit). Of course that puts the the return shipping on the seller. Maybe you’ll get lucky and she won’t send it back on time. Then you can close the case and her negative feedback should disappear.
I believe that some buyers are going to be problems, regardless of how you list the item. Some days you just can’t win, no matter what you do.
Then the only question is “Do I have any Beer in the fridge?
I’m still attacking the piles and piles of books. Half the job is just creating the donation piles, which are getting pretty big.
I recently added another scavenger mobile to my stable. This one only has two wheels, so, although it has a trunk, it really limits how much I can drag home in one shot. It saves me a lot of gas and should enable me to keep the miles off my car especially for short trips.
Do I recommend buying a motorcycle to be a more profitable scavenger… No way. But it sure is a lot of fun.. and No, it’s not a Harley.
I generally buy (or lately get for free through Ebay shipping supplies), most of my smaller boxes. It is so much easier with storage and organization. Then of course there are the free USPS Priority boxes.
With larger boxes the advice given by Jay and Steven is right on. After a while you’ll know all the good spots and have a stock pile.
Good for you moving to Pueblo. I used to deliver there at the Target DC years ago. It’s small enough to be inexpensive, but big enough to have everything you need. Also I-25 is right there, so you can quickly get out of town.
Outside of the cost of living, Denver can get a bit congested during the rush hour. Pueblo should be a lot more relaxed.
Sounds like you made a solid move…
08/10/2017 at 2:33 am in reply to: Customer states "haven't received item" but tracking says they have #21601Did the buyer open a return case or an item not received case? As long as the tracking shows it was delivered, you should be off the hook with Ebay. If it was opened as a return case, you may want to accept it, to get the return clock moving, so you can close in five days. You may want to ask Ebay first.
I don’t know if you are allowed to file the Police report, because you are not the victim.
Long story short, the item was delivered and shows it. you have done your part. You should contact Ebay regarding the open case and deal with that. I would not advise getting involved with the Police or USPS fraud theft, unless of course they contact you.
I would continue to encourage the buyer to be proactive on his end to find out what happened to his package. It is unfortunate, but not your responsibility if the package was stolen or incorrectly delivered at the destination.
Once the open case is closed in your favor, the buyer cannot leave feedback for you.
I just printed one.. no problem. Maybe they fixed it..
Perfect that’s them. That’s just what I was looking for.. Thanks
When you looked them up, did you find any information? I could find nothing.
For what it’s worth, they’re about 19 inches long. I acquired them in a box lot with a similar pair of Voit Dynaflex fins and two snorkeling masks. I probably should have mentioned all this before. They look very basic to me.
Since I couldn’t find anything, I just wanted to run this by you guys in case anyone was familiar with them. I may just put the whole bunch in one listing and move them.
Thanks for your insights.
I didn’t take any pictures yet. They are basic swim fins. I was wondering if anyone was familiar with the brand as I couldn’t find any others to reference them.
Thanks just the same.
I think it’s about time for the Post Office to come up with an automated drop off point that scans your prepaid package at the same time. It seems really silly and unproductive to get in line, just to get a package scanned.
When I drop off at Fedex, I just drop it at the counter, wave to the employee and leave. There are no lines or unnecessary interaction. Just drop and go and it’s gets scanned every time.
Unfortunately having the Postal carrier pickup the package and scan it, doesn’t work for everybody in every situation.
If you actually measure those boxes they are smaller than the stated dimensions. The largest dimension is like 14.75 inches and if you don’t round up, I believe they are not oversized.
I’m not exactly sure how the post office treats them, because I usually cut them down to be safe, but I remember other people saying their Carrier told them they are not treated as oversized.
It all depends on the length of the loan and the amount borrowed. They offered me a lot more than I’m borrowing… But I agree.. cash is generally the best way to go…
13.5% to 14% is the APR, not the actual interest paid, because I have no intention of borrowing the money for the full year.
Actual Interest paid for the 3 months will be less than 3.5%…
I was right.. I goofed. For the amount of money I’m considering the interest works out to be 13.5% to 14%..
It’s not horrible, when you consider it’s instant etc. and since it’s short term, the dollar amount stays low. Realistically, I don’t think I can do better for this type of unsecured loan..
