Thank you Amatino, that is very helpful and I will take a closer look into everything and make adjustments. I appreciate your input.

I adjusted the listings (I have two hats) to what you recommended. And yes, I do offer Global shipping but it was off for some reason. I believe that I was listing something that I was not going to send over seas and it kept that preference on the next listing. I have to watch that!
I feel you Julie B!
Sue, I am going to try that in the future. I get so frustrated sometimes with the phone help but I will say that the last few calls did go smoothly.
They are very cool people! I have been watching some of the videos and I appreciate their amazing energy and helpfulness. They do a lot of free shipping so their gross sales include that but still they do a huge volume of sales. They have a full time employee and they pay someone to do their bookkeeping so they have some overhead.

I can attest to it that Joe packs really well. I purchased an amazing Santa snow globe from him and it was so well packed it could have gone to the moon and back, no problem.
WBird, does your system of writing in the names help to lessen the negative feedback?
Jay, totally! That law is true for every type of group, be it buyers, sellers, candlestick makers. You sell in such volume that it would be really hard/impossible to avoid that small percentage of grumpy folks.
