HOUSE OF KOLOR LARGE 27″X40″ ORIGINAL POSTER RARE/MINT!

Solf for $15.36 on 3/26/10I think “1980s Mesh 100% Nylon” Jersey is the answer.
If I were 20 years younger and gym rat, I would totally rock this shirt.
At one point in time, I was 20 years, younger but I was never a gym rat. So I guess it’s going up on eBay.

Do your due diligence on every piece of crap you put your hands on. Just because you don’t know what it is, doesn’t mean it does not have value.
I just sold my “shoe horn” for $230.00

LOL this is from depths of a death pile, I don’t even know where I got it from.
@chrsitineR
“as a buyer I would like your flat shipping and quantity discount.”
Exactly! On low cost items, it’s all about these boxes:
@Jay no I do these type of listing when selling like items. It’s the easiest way to save on shipping for small lite weight things. Volume discounts are easily applied at check out and customers are encouraged to purchase more.
Works great for Game Board Pieces:
Scrabble Game Travel Edition REPLACEMENT .5″ Wood Tiles & Accessories
I also use this technique when I am selling similar items that someone may want multiples of that I can keep restocking.
Mix and Match Generic 3 inch Standard 8mm & Super 8mm Film Reels
Most people shopping for 8mm take up reels don’t care about the color shape and brand, but some people do. This allows me to keep all of these items in one listing and the ability to offer simple volume pricing. Additionally when ever I get a new batch of reels, I can just add variation to the listing. Check it out.
I have noticed more problems with “Variation Listings” since eBay updated the mobile app.
Hopefully they will find a fix.
Thanks for the input.
After a few more emails from the customer, I decided to just give him his money back. The costs of goods were negligible, all I really had to eat was the shipping cost. I feel confident I was in the right (and certainly was not worried about negative feedback) but it sounded like this person was in having a rough time with life.
It wasn’t worth the fight.
Time to move on with life!
Welcome to the glorious world of Excel! (and the nightmare horrorscape that is the eBay CSV datafile).
Anythng you do with that CSV file will likely need to updated line by line. I find it mind-numbing how messy that data is.
2 very powerful looks you should learn about are Pivot Tables and Look up tables (command vlookup).
The great thing about excel, is there a million tutorials on line. Just go google and type “How do I use Pivot tables in excel” and you will find dozens of videos or step by step web guides. There is zero need to pay for any services. There is so much free information out there.
Further if there is anything you every want to do in excel, just type the query into google and answer will pop up. For instance if you wanted to know the number of days between to dates, just type “how do I calculate the number of days between 2 dates in excel”. It will come up.
Menu options in Excel can vary between versions and platforms (i.e. Mac Vs Windows). So you may need to specify what version you are working with.
Good luck.
It’s been a weird month for me too. Because I am working at my old job as a consultant, I have not had as much time to list. My June sales were low (net profit of $2,800), but that is still a 20% increase from June 2021.
W/E 7/2/22
Total Items In Store: 4,399
Items Sold: 28
Cost of Items Sold: 79.83
Total Sales (Sales + Shipping does [not inc sales tax]) 1,256.97
Ebay / Paypal / Shipping Costs / Fees 318.08
Net Profit 938.89
Highest Price Sold: 210.70 – Vinegar Syndrome 5 Movie 5 Years Blu Ray
Average Price Sold: 33.31
Number of items listed: 28It’s hard to pin down a specific trend, but I think people are still shopping but are much more focused and specific when purchasing a higher-dollar item. That said, sales were all over the place. 25 of the last 28 sales were items I listed in the last 365 days (I’ve been steadily listing Jay & Ryanne style since Jan 2019).
Go for it! Keep us posted of you posting progress.
I think there is a segment of buyers who “cluster bomb” people several sellers with offers, and then think they can pick and choose after the fact. I am all for this new system, but wonder what unintended consequences it will bring.
You have done all you nee to do.
If he gives you negative feedback, send a request to eBay to have it removed.
And if by chance you get stuck with negative feedback, try not to sweat it too much. It’s not the big a deal.
You are not able to toggle sales tax. I wonder what that is. Can you post a screen cap?
I think people who have established business can opt to remit taxes themselves, but the sales tax is still due.
