I recently missed a call from the SBA about my EIDL application and the number that they left follows.
The SBA phone number for questions about this is: 800-659-2955.
@Simon:
You should probably have not accepted a return with a freight forwarder involved. Used to be eBay would back you on that. Hopefully this has not changed. The freight forwarder can damage or lose an item while it is under their control. You might need to convince an eBay rep that the address that you shipped to is a freight forwarder. This usually shows on Google.
Some of these questions come in from good buyers but many are problem buyers. Poor grammar and spelling seem to correlate with the problem buyers.
At this point you have their buyer ID, so I check their feedback, especially what they have left for other sellers. This may help you decide how to proceed.
I use SixBit and it records all this without issue. Recently I began to pull these details from SixBit to my self-built spreadsheet that tracks my orders for accounting purposes. The spreadsheet has columns for Mdse Total, S/H Charged, Sales Tax, Seller Gross, Actual Ship Cost, Tracking Number, etc. Previously I entered the actual cost manually into my spreadsheet.
So all of the data is in Sixbit ; it seems they are getting all from the eBay API.
I prefer my own external spreadsheet for accounting purposes.
I buy most of my labels on eBay and they are paid thru Paypal. I’m scheduled for eBay managed payments mid-July.

Thanks for all your videos. This one is great. You should have sold some old LPs or 8-tracks bundled with that Pokalolo Hawaii salad shirt. Artists like Willie Nelson and Cheech & Chong come to mind.
Staples snail mailed me a coupon good for $30 Off on a $60 order.
So I had to double down on more cartons and some copy paper.
Ordered at Staples.com and with free delivery again.
05/19/2020 at 8:54 am in reply to: How is USPS copping during the Pandemic? Just wondering….. #77560Most of the time, USPS service is really good. Recently USPS was a little slow but now service seems almost back to the normal.
But, next Monday is Memorial Day and a postal holiday, so service may slow a bit again.
For a couple of weeks now, I’ve been sending email shipping notifications to most of my buyers and plan to continue this until after the holiday.

I have used both Unknown and n/a. And prefer the latter.eBay provides the return shipping label. You can get burned tho if buyer puts the item into priority mail packaging and then slaps the label on it. It might come with additional postage due, for a priority upgrade.
Other than that, at one time, there was a policy that if you used eBay shipping labels, they would not charge you any more $ for the return label than the cost of your original shipping label. I am not sure this is still true because eBay has charged me a bit more than that for a couple of return labels.
Anyone have any insights on this?
Nothing beats free shipping boxes but there are never enough of right size. I ship a lot of first class packages.
I bought 2 bundles of smaller boxes at Staples.com this week. Prices are competitive.
Ship to home is Free right now, for a limited time.

Just wondering….. #77191Now that I am watching more items in transit with USPS, 2 of my items from last week are still struggling thru Michigan, but moving towards delivery. (So the worst item has 10 days in transit so far.)
Also, it definitely seems that all items are slower getting out from Atlanta Metro right now.
To be proactive, in addition to shipping promptly, we are getting acceptance scans and emailing buyers with the tracking info.

05/07/2020 at 9:26 am in reply to: Buyer registered a new account to get around my Blocked Bidder List #77180Wow. Sounds like the same Abusive “buyer” that I had last weekend. I had to block 2 IDs that seemed to be the same person. He moved on and hopefully he’ll move on soon for you. Lucky for me he was only focused on one of my items, a hat. What is it with the hats?
Yes, the best seller/deal always varies, more so right now. Also depends greatly on what sizes you are buying.
You might want to try Staples. If you order online, and pickup at one of their stores, there is usually no shipping charge. Or, If you spend enough, they might ship free. Clear out your browser cookies and they used to give up some coupon codes when you visit their site.

Why do you refund buyers if tracking is available? Did they open cases? or is there more to this?I still have 2 items sold 4/25 and mailed 4/27 moving slowly thru Detroit area and meandering around Pennsylvania. A 3rd item purchased 4/28 moving slowly thru Detroit area as well. All this is first class mail with acceptance scans.
USPS not looking stellar on these few examples. Luckily my buyers are not pinging me about these, at least not yet.
