I’m not a carrier, I work in a processing plant so I can’t speak from experience on whether the carrier minds picking up packages. I would say tho that the truck is always full ( each carrier has their own organization system for keeping the route in order and should have a designated spot in the truck for pickups) so maybe keep the packages small. As far as I know there is no monetary benefit besides secret customer tipping to picking up whilst delivering. We checked to see how many things we still have out in the mail stream and currently its 37 things floating around in postal space. I trust the process as a postal worker but this is disturbing from a business owner perspective. We continue to use UPS and FedEx when we can. As always, on behalf of the USPS, I thank you for your support and apologize for the delays.
Good morning everyone, postal worker Tam here. I haven’t listened to the pod yet, I usually do it at work on my monday which is tuesday. We are looking terrible here in Ill. We filled up with mail during the pandemic so much that there were barely aisles for the tractors and forklifts to get thru to move the mail. It sat for months (don’t get me started on the smell) as a lot of flights were canceled. We were able to get a bit caught up starting around August. We aren’t quite at the height of the pandemic levels but it is pretty piled up. We are rerouting and adding trucks and trips where we can. We are still having a lot of sickness (and more than a few deaths 🙁 ) so we are short staffed… I never thought I would say or do this but we have been shipping a lot with Fed Ex and UPS and I suggest you do the same if you can.
and the feet!
maybe he will do a song about Broad Porch next!I will give southern split a try!
We tried your beans a month or two ago. Delish! And nicely packed! We are strictly pour over right now. We buy whole beans. Splash of cream in the bottom of the cup. 3 scoops of coffee in the filter. Water at 200. We like full on coffee taste. We drink a lot of Starbucks. Suggestions?

This is the worst time I can remember but it makes it easier knowing that so many people actually care about the post offices fate. On behalf of the USPS I thank you for your support and patience!

Hi everyone! Postal worker here. We have been hit hard by the virus. Plenty of us have been sick or off for virus related stuff. Add in the EXTRA amount of things being sold online and we couldn’t even move around in my facility for the last 6 weeks or so. I have had several things I mailed out the beginning of April just sitting… I came in Tuesday and things looked a little better at work and my things that were sitting started getting scans again. We are still swamped but headed in the right direction. Thanks for all the patience and support! We deliver for you!
Also Kims Convenience is fun. I have watched two episodes of 100 Humans so far. Light science research using, you guessed it, 100 humans!

I love Schitts creek! Sad it is in its last season already. Letter Kenny on hulu is delightfully odd, set in a very small town in Canada. “There are 5000 people in Letter Kenny and these are their problems” opens each show about low key turf wars and selling vegetables on the side of the road.
We liked Chernobyl very much! I will be 54 this year and so I did live through it and it is amazing how much the truth in the documentary differed from what I remembered being reported. A governments pride can kill us all. I will check out Ozarks.

That is why they made the triangles Steven S. I am kind of making my own triangle when I add the bent cardboard! Also, I don’t buy the tubes, strictly scavenged.
03/03/2020 at 7:55 am in reply to: Anybody familiar with the online Auction Site – LiveAuctioneers? #74712I get a lot of stuff to resell on that sight. Usually from the same couple auction houses. There are glitches and I have thought I have won stuff but then for whatever reason it turned out that I did not. It’s always been a problem with the auction house tho and not the site.
I just try to focus on the 3 r’s and how I can apply them in my own life. I don’t understand how people can be so casual about waste but I can’t really change them. Only me.
