I wonder what happens if you don’t have any pending funds? Say if you have a long handling time.
Re: refunds, just find the order on the orders page, and one of the dropdown options on the left side of the order is “refund buyer” and then you can input the amount.
I found an email address for this Jon Kay gamer-related-art guy.
It’s on this page.

If it were me, I’d email him and ask if this is his work and signature, etc.
Here his name is in the URL for the image

At first I thought it was eastern european art from the 1930s…
Then I found this

and the name Jon Kay, who may be the artist. Something to do with video games maybe?
I’m having trouble with web connections on my laptop, so don’t have any more info.
I started by searching your image on tineye.com as recommended by someone here on SL.
First name looks like Josef
sequimsalty,
On ebay, you do not have to refund if the item is only 5 days overdue. In fact, “overdue” doesn’t factor into the matter at all (unless it’s Guaranteed Delivery or Express Mail, which I know very little about). It’s about the last tracking update. Check out my recent reply on the post linked below (with a link to the ebay policy), as well as the great advice offered by others.

Re: the managed payment reports on the ebay website, I just pulled one and took a quick look and found an error already. I had a GSP sale last week where the buyer purchased all 3 variations of the same listing (different lengths of the same fabric). On the orders page, these were grouped together so that I would ship them together. In the report, this appears as 3 different line items, each with the exact same net amount, and that amount equals the net amount for the TOTAL of the 3 transactions. So the report triples my revenue.
I really wish they had waited to put me on Managed Payments until all the GSP bugs were worked out.
It’s unfortunate that none of the postal workers seem to be familiar with the USPS bulletin (originally linked here by a fellow scavenger) that says that you should have just been charged non-flat-rate pricing as you expected.
If an FRE or FRB is presented at the office of mailing and the customer has manipulated or reconstructed it, the container is accepted using weight and zone — not the Flat Rate price.
I showed it to one of my post office people once, someone who is normally really into rules, but even she just said “I’ve never heard of this before” and that was that. I went home and re-packaged the item. 🙁

If you watch the video posted earlier in this thread by a GDBK user that has been on MP for a while, according to him, everything works perfectly! Anyway, I’m glad you reported the issues as well, Retro – the more people reporting in the better.

THey are still looking into the GSP shipping charges issue.
“we did get a lot of the smell out of the speakers the <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>receivers</span> still have a very strong smell.”

However, I’m still missing FVFs for the last 10 days or so. I really hope I don’t have to fix those manually.
08/05/2020 at 12:20 am in reply to: ebay managed payments & GoDaddy Bookkeeping – good news I hope #80375One more issue surfaced today in my first GSP sale since getting onto Managed Payments.
These are the 4 income line items that came up for this one transaction:
Not only should Import Charges and Shipping Intermediation Fee absolutely NOT be reported as my income since I never even see this money, but the Shipping Charges line item includes both the shipping money I get ($7.96 in this case) AND the shipping money that I never see, b/c it goes to ebay/GSP/Pitney Bowes.
Anybody else experiencing this issue?
I have filed a case with GDBK, and encourage others to do so as well. As soon as I can get up the motivation, I’m also going to forward a list of all of these issues to the ebay for business facebook folks, b/c this is mostly ebay’s fault for sending over this information erroneously. I’m betting GDBK can fix all this very quickly once they are getting the right data.
