No problem. (c:
I am so sorry that happened Leanna. I would be willing to help you recover pix if you want help. I can pull them down and send them to you. I would be totally willing to donate some time to that. Let me know.
Just a reminder for anyone that has not yet seen this post #43337 above: it explains how you might recover your pictures through google. Saves TONS of time!
T-Satt, I have been considering SixBit with all that you have said here on the forum. Would you be willing to talk to me on the phone so I might ask you a little about it? Or is that asking too much. I am sure you are very busy with all your work and I don’t want to be a bother.
I was able to reconstruct about 35 listings in about two hours with the fix mentioned above (the google search).
It sucks big time! But waiting for Ebay is not a great option in my opinion. Joe above said that google will clear their cashed so better recover as much as you can now, I think.
I have four listings that I was not able to recover and I will leave them as they are for now and see if they repopulate.
What I don’t understand is: if SixBit has the technology to prevent this kind of situation (as was suggested above) why doesn’t Ebay?
And I really think that this is an opening for someone to make huge money if they can either fix Ebay or start their own platform to compete with Ebay. Right about now, I would totally consider it.
Thank you Joe, awesome, it works and I am on it now.
Update: I recovered most of my photos. Just have to redo 4 items which I was not able to find through google.

I will put my money on this having to do with the photo glitches. Too many calls at once.
Yes, I did sell similar as well after ending the few days worth of GTC. (Note: Just remember to delete them from your ended listings so you don’t have duplicates if you forget why they are there, which I am sure you understand already.)
I have been meaning to take off the GTC anyway because I think some of the folks here on the forum might be on to something with the relisting every so often. Might be as Jay says that it makes me feel better psychologically but that in and of itself is worth something anyway.
Praying I don’t have to reshoot the 40 listings with missing photos. I am sure some folks are super mad right about now.
I made a log of the listings with missing photos just in case they go missing or I need to reshoot.

Thank you Joe!!!!! For alerting me. I ended my GTC listings which are to end shortly and relisted as 30 day.
I have about 30-40 listings that don’t have photos at the moment. Left them alone with the hopes that Ebay recovers my photos.

06/22/2018 at 9:49 am in reply to: Vintage Minardi Formula Racing Cap. No Comps. What\'s your opinion? #43145Happy to report that 1 of my 2 Minardi hats sold for $46 plus shipping. Thank again for all the help!
Too amazing, Temudgin! I am so very grateful to you for this amazing explanation and for taking such time and care in writing it. I would be more than happy to donate this picture to them if they seem interested. I wrote to the website person and just waiting to hear back. Thank you again and again. Much appreciated.
Ditto on most of the above: Purchase a Bullet blender, told it was new, came home and it had food still stuck to it. Luckily I was able to take it back ($20) to the church rummage sale it came from.
Sold a pair of boots that were two different sizes, they came back.
Got excited about a Captain America shirt and forgot to check the armpits — had to throw it out.
It agree: slow down when shopping, don’t listen to opinions from the seller – always check. I almost got swept up last week at a yard sale but I remembered to slow down and check.
Thanks MyCottage, that was very helpful. Infantry Guidon is correct it seems. Now I just need to find the meaning of the letters and symbols in my photo. I think 21st Infantry Regiment is correct and the CharlieTigers appear to be of the 21st Infantry Regiment. I wrote to them and hope to see if they can tell me anything.
Oh wow! This is AMAZING. Thank you! I wrote to Mr. Powers on the CharlieTigers site to see if he has any idea about the photo. In the end if they want that photo, I will donate it to them.
BigSally, I would totally do as you suggested but I am sorry to say that I don’t even understand where to start. The terminology of this subject is not in my vocabulary and I don’t understand how military battalions are named or arranged. But thank you so much for finding the links and that site.
Adventure E: another subject I know nothing about is instagram. Sorry to be such a novice. I am learning as I go but it is a slow curve.
The fellow on the right (in my photo) has this symbol on his shirt, which matches the symbol in that CharlieTigers site.
I agree with you GrumpyGranny, I was thinking the same. They look too… modern.
