can anyone get through to Anchor Support?

i’ve tried 3 times in the last 24 hours and after almost 1 hour on hold, no one picks up. they don’t have a call back option on Anchor Support (why not??). so i just emailed them.
anyone else have any luck?

Hi Ryanne, Same here, no joy been trying since Thursday afternoon to get through to them, called at least 10 times. OMG why am i paying all these high fees for no service help. Really getting fed up! Cheers!

I will put my money on this having to do with the photo glitches. Too many calls at once.

that’s my theory too, the photo glitches are a major nightmare and i’m sure they’re getting slammed.

Looks like they’ve simply turned off phone support. I wanted to call in and get an update of the situation (you know, since they REFUSE to publicly acknowledge there is a problem). The call back function I always use is disabled. WTF kind of company does that?!?

well, they can’t promise to call you back if the incoming load of phone calls is growing quickly, and the number of support folks is fixed. Otherwise they would have to say “click here for a call back within 7-10 days”.

If they would issue a communication to sellers then their phone lines wouldn’t be overloaded.

that is very true! however, i wish they had a call back option on non-crisis days for Anchor support like they do for regular support.

I just got through! The rep that I spoke to said that he’s been getting missing photo calls all day.

eBay would do themselves a favor by just posting a message acknowledging that its a known issue, and the status of the fix.
