OK. I didn’t understand what you wanted. You want ebay to send you a separate email every time a purchase includes a buyer message (even if its just “Thanks””).
I guess we have different needs. I don’t usually sell so much in a day that I can’t either just look at the sold email or the sold list. But I can see if you sell a lot every day, why you would want something like that.
Thanks. Very interesting.
Probably too old to be of any use as a reference today, and of rather limited appeal as a collectible. I’d probably try to find a “hook” to market it if I was gong to bother. Does it have funky old illustrations? Or perhaps some quotes that help date the book (f0r example, placing a much lower value on a womans life/health than a mans , based on the different earning capacities at the time). Also, there could be a way to tie it in with the present Health Care mess….just some random thoughts…
Could be wrong, but I think buyer messages are in the Sold area of Seller Hub, for that item. Even is you only ship every few days, you presumably do check your solds more frequently than that, so just look at your Seller Hub Solds list.
My guess: A glitch. Ignore it. It will likely correct itself.
Clear to me also…you have a total of 25 keyboards, and you are selling them in lots of five. Right?
As to why use them, I’d guess the idea is: postal employees might ignore pleas to handle with care, but might handle with more care if they are complimented and thanked.
no angels on these, but you can buy them….on ebay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/100-1-X-2-5-THANK-YOU-USPS-YOURE-THE-BEST-Shipping-Labels-Stickers-Green-Neon-/182177713293Fuselage says Military Air Transport Service, which was under Air Force supervision, began 6.1.1948, existed until 1966. The tail says Pacific, which indicates Pacific Division, and further narrows down the dates, as that Division was discontinued in 1958. They were based out of Hickam AFB, Hawaii…could be where this was taken?
the star on the fuselage indicates US Air Force, 1947 or later, so it’s post WWII, but not necessarily by a whole lot.
I think the aircraft is a Lockheed Constellation
06/22/2017 at 2:35 pm in reply to: Link to article on Ebay's new price matching policy.with interesting stats #19707I don’t think ebay really has to make the actual customer service response all that easy. Price matching services are a lot like generous return policies…..from the seller perspective, they are less about the proffered service and more about building buyer confidence. Yes, a handful (relatively speaking) of buyers will actually compare prices, but for most, the fact that ebay has the confidence to match prices will indicate that ebay’s prices are low, and therefore they will just go ahead and buy. It’s like having a 60 day return policy rather than a 3 day return policy….studies have shown, on average, sellers with 60 day policies get fewer returns…probably because buyers feel no urgency to return the item, and eventually decide to keep it (or just forget about it). BUT the 60 day return policy is likely to lead to more sales because buyers feel more confident buying from someone with a longer return policy.
Sellers have been doing that sort of thing on ebay for years and years.
Well, hope you two had happy Birthdays!
Why hire a real human when this seems to be effective?
