To be fair, those chair have a beautiful wicker/rattan seat covers. I would think someone may need to reupholster the fabric on yours.
But what you have is very cool and nice. Might even sell the chairs separate from the table.
Looks nice. People definitely like Danish Modern furniture, though its widely copied now so can be purchased cheap.
However, if you can figure out if its by a popular designer, price goes way way up. We sold a danish teak office desk for $1000 because we could identify the designer.
I cant tell if that says “teller mode”? Any other symbols?
You’ve probably done an eBay search to show how these pieces can sell for:
https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=danish+modern+dining+table&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&LH_Complete=1&LH_Sold=1&_sop=16Need photos. And it depends if it has a mark somewhere with a sought after designer/brand.
That’s crazy that the demand for everyday items is so strong. At some point, every home in the US will be stocked with six months of supplies….and no one will go shopping π
If they paid priority, ship priority. Should give you better tracking too. Thats what you want.
There are some other Canadian sellers here. Hopefully they’ll chime in.
I think Sharyn is juts saying that instead of completely closing your store, offer buyers to ability to buy through Canadian Post (even if ore expensive).
Completely closing your store guarantees zero sales.
Nice. Hitting almost 1000 items in less than a year is admirable.
This. If it’s past your 30 day return window, eBay requires you to do nothing. 100 days past purchase??!!!! We dont even answer the buyer.
If its not an expensive item, we’d take the risk. We’d also take into consideration the communication of then buyer (intelligible and reasonable)?

Seems like scavenging is becoming fairly mainstream so would be wise to put that in your profile on dating apps.
What kind of stuff do you sell?

We live rural, don’t work in offices or schools, and are fully stocked up. Our daily lives are often already pretty isolated π “The only thing to fear is fear itself.”
I agree the virus is much more widespread than the limited testing authorities have done in the US. In some ways it’s scary because that means there’s no way to contain it. In some ways its heartening because this means many people have gone through the virus on their own without the need for hospitals. Info so far shows that 80% of people in other countries are having mild symptoms. The danger is that 20% that need help.

I drove for the census back in 2010. It was a great job. Two months of steady work. I would stop by thrift stores in between pick-ups.
