Put it up for thirty dollars and wait, it’s probably someone’s favorite movie and someday they might go shopping for some paraphernalia from it.

Union 76 Truck/Car travel stops were an oasis when I first started driving cross country in an 18 wheeler as ther weren’t that many truck stops in the 70’s.02/08/2018 at 8:27 pm in reply to: What Sells On eBay: Phono cartridge, Sony CD player, VHS re-winder, Hot Wheel set, Amateur painting #32571The original command module pilot Ken Mattingly on Apollo 13 was replaced by Jack Swigert last minute due to an exposure to German measles.
I just bought two Apollo 11 glasses that look like service modules.
I interested your set, do you have both Apollo 13 glasses?02/08/2018 at 4:56 pm in reply to: What Sells On eBay: Phono cartridge, Sony CD player, VHS re-winder, Hot Wheel set, Amateur painting #32549That looks like a B&W pre Cassette VCR. Probably worth some good money if working as there may be some folks out there with tape and no way to view it. We had one in high school to tape games, this was mid seventies.
The power input looks to take a somewhat common two prong cord but you could jerry rig something for test purposes. Of course you would need a reel of tape to test working condition.02/05/2018 at 3:17 pm in reply to: Scavenger Life Episode 346: Frank Discussions. Gewgaws. • Total Items in Store: 820
• Items Sold: 16 all ebay
• International 0
• Total Sales $2565
• Highest Price $1250 amplifier
• Average Price Sold: $160
• Returns: 0
• Cost of Items Sold: $110
• Cost of items purchased this week $20The amp was the one that was returned last week, I refunded minus the 20% restocking fee of $240 with no objection or FB problems so at this point I’d already made over a hundred and it sold again rather quickly for fifty dollars more than the original buyer.

Buyers sometimes low ball just to see where you’re at and to get the haggling going. I do it all the time at garage sales, sometimes I get it for that low ball offer.
Generally buyers don’t know how long your item has been for sale, they’re just hoping your ready to unload it.02/05/2018 at 12:37 pm in reply to: Scavenger Life Episode 346: Frank Discussions. Gewgaws. Storage. #32155Ozone generator is the term I believe you were looking for.

Perhaps it’s all just a ploy for a better contract with PP.I’ve recommended this podcast to a few ebayers I’ve had a conversation with and they all say they hate eBay seller podcasts.
Unfortunately or fortunately depending on how you look at it, this great site and podcast get overlooked because of all the garbage that’s available out there. That’s weird. You must’ve just had some bad luck with a few uninformed reps in a row.
I called the other day on a coat that was a few days overdue on a return and they closed it immediately. -
