I love The Real Real (TRR) for things that get too much attention from scammers on eBay who claim that your item is fake. (I’m not making this up. I did get scammed for a $200 item – a loss that eBay ate with a warning to be more careful).
Anyway, I had a very good experience with TRR but if it can sell on eBay – with or without the eBay authentication program – and without drawing in scammers, I would sell it on eBay.
Just my two cents! 🙂

Hey, Jay. The short of it is that the pay was REALLY low (just above minimum wage). I knew that going into it. It could have worked (kind of) but, in the process of thinking it through, my wife and I have grown closer and I am prioritizing my spending even more than I was. I appreciate the podcast, the forum, and all that you and Ryanne have contributed to all of us over the years.
Notes: I was offered the less money / less stress job. Decided against it. Worked on non-eBay areas this week. Happy Thanksgiving!

Notes: 42 year old garage doors replaced – and, since the garage is my photo booth… might not be listing till my cinefoil comes so I can black out the windows. Also, 8 year old is back in school 4 days a week so I am scrambling to catch up on house and yard. #$%!!!
On a good note, I have pricing high on almost every single item and am being pretty strict about not going much below average comps. It is increasing my profit per listing and per hour spent.
