If you eventually net $2k/week, that’s $8k net profit per month. $96k/year before taxes.
Dumb question: what are you going to do with all that money?
It’s great that you’re finding the balance between:
–Finding high quality inventory that sells quickly
–Bought at a low price
–That sells at a high price
–And finding these items consistently
I thought the same thing when I saw the news. It was a couple miles from Broad Porch in Harrisonburg. Sounds like it was a gas leak.
We’re slow learners. Glad to hear it works.
Yikes. The cut throat world of being an employee.
Ha. We also like to drive our old cars as a badge of honor. Its a good feeling to have a car with no payment. I also like not worrying if it gets scratched etc.
Welcome. Putting your kids through college through online sales is a great goal.
$800/net is amazing. A goal of $2k/week is even more amazing profit after all fees and cost of goods.
Where are you finding such high end clothes and shoes where you can sell quickly and make such profit?
Welcome. Working in the Trades is definitely a tough job but pays well. Glad selling online can help balance out that work.
Anyway you could hire guys to do the renovation work for you Especially if you have a list of clients who like your work.
Glad you guys are doing well through the pandemic. I dont think there’s been any bog changes the past year. Turn the store back on and get back in!
Yeah, seems like slow times. You seem to buy a lot of stuff at auctions. Are you building a pretty healthy backlog of unlisted inventory, or are you able to list most items you get s you get them?

It’s rare these days, bit sometimes buyers pay with a “echeck” which means it takes time for the payment to clear.
I wouldn’t worry about the buyer. eBay will protect their order and payment. If a buyer seems pushy or aggressive, we slow down and make sure the process is correct.
If the price is right, I’ll buy an item I want with feet and dirty laundry in the photo 🙂

And whats the business model if they dont take a final value fee?
