i have tried a google image search but no luck. It came from a house clearance sale and I would guess has some age judging by thick layer of fitlh and nicotine I washed off it !

Hi From UK I dont think its a British Ford badge (I was always told GL stood for Gran Luxe).

Yes I think you are right Zinc, mine have the lettering raised and flat backs as well. Does anyone know what they are called ?

We just say “Go ahead and buy what you want, we’ll combine shipping, and refund you the difference.”

I agree with you Jay I have done the same thing in the past. I dont think you can do it with global shipping because of the forwarding cost element.

My Carpet shop had hundreds of tubes, I think they would have paid me to take them away.

I try to use them for everything, if it fits – is just so easy, chop of a chunk with the saw the length you need, wrap the item in some bubble wrap, wang on a couple of plastic end caps and luverly jubiley, cheap, free, strong packaging. simples !
