not sure, but i’ll be ordering supplies this week and probably going to order Reg B, so i’ll let you know if/when i get them.
yep, this is how we used to do it, but it became cumbersome (dudes i have 8000 listings), so we switched to just using the mobile app to take photos and upload to ebay. guess that’s the risk we’ve been taking and now i’m feeling the burn. won’t let drafts go this long again.
just an update, i can recover SOME of the photos on SOME of the listings using the old version of seller hub aka “my ebay”, but not all of them. so that sucks. we usually do scheduled listings, as amatino suggests, but with our newest helper i was trying to just get her to be faster photographing and not writing titles/scheduling things. guess that was dumb. lesson learned!!
i make the drafts on the computer, switch to the phone to take the photos, then go back to the computer to fill in and list. so i have none of the photos saved to my phone or computer for re-uploading.
i’m pretty sure it’s still free, just fee based on what you sell–
to echo what others have said this is how it has worked for us, we are in the beta program where we can dispute the reason for the return through the actual return itself on ebay, no calling needed, not sure if that will ever go site wide or they’ll just take it away all together—
–buyer opens INAD case
–i grumble about it
–accept return case through ebay’s interface
–wait five business days, on sixth, close the case if it hasn’t been shipped
–if it has been shipped and returned to us, dispute reason for return, but refund price of item only, no shipping costs.
–buyer has the choice to appeal my partial refund, 50/50 chance they do so.
–i have choice to now call ebay and appeal their appeal, 50/50 chance you can overturn it.if you’re not in the beta returns program, you would accept the return, wait for it to get shipped, if not shipped you close the case (you need to call), if shipped you call and dipsute the reason for return.
someone else was having trouble posting imgur photos today. maybe imgur + wordpress is messed up again??

04/04/2018 at 3:32 am in reply to: Buyer gave wrong address and wants it re-shipped–How to handle? #37062i have just said this ‘happy to re-ship to your corrected address, i have sent the invoice for shipping’ after i send a paypal invoice. though ebay sometimes blocks messages with the words ‘paypal’ and ‘invoice’ for obvious reasons, so you might have to word it a certain way.
but i make it very clear that if they want me to re-ship they need to re-pay.
honestly as a buyer i would love that info. to wait 48 hours for a response to an offer is crazy.

yep we have wanted to buy clothes and shoes off people wearing them, certainly.
unless this one had a sticker that came off, i’m thinking it’s just a cool vase.
glad you called and worked it out. that’s the fastest way to resolve that stuff (usually).
