ebay loves to hide everything behind 10 menus, can’t believe i even found it either!

This might be an obvious question, but: are you using a 3rd party shipper to print your labels or just through ebay? I use Pirate Ship (and sometimes Shippo) and you would change your return address there.
Who did you buy your UPS label through? I’ve had good luck filing UPS claims through Pirate Ship. One was a damaged package that UPS just disposed of and said so on their tracking. Insert mind blowing up emoji!

do you guys use Pirate Ship? you can appeal those up-charges from UPS and USPS.

That is so crazy to hear! What was the number you called to talk to them? I’ve had a few Veros and restricted items get taken down in the last couple months, with just terrible sales numbers, so I’d love to see if something is up with our account as well.
