Does anyone know how to bulk change your address for returns? I am very frustrated because yet today again a return from a customer went back to my old address, which I changed over a year ago. I’ve done everything I can think of, other than going into to each listing individually, which would be quite daunting, since I have over 800 listings. I’m at a loss, and losing money every time this happens.

I assume you’ve gone to Account settings – Return address? I thought that would be all you had to do.
I looked in my business policies, but the return policy does not have an address. However, if one would make a change, I think that the business policy is supposed to do it to all your listings. Do you have those set up?

This might be an obvious question, but: are you using a 3rd party shipper to print your labels or just through ebay? I use Pirate Ship (and sometimes Shippo) and you would change your return address there.

@Ryanne are you saving any money with pirate ship on packages that aren’t bigger than 14” cube?

yes i started using Pirate Ship a while back because i could link my business credit card to it and get 6x points for buying shipping (Hilton Honors Business AMEX) which was at the suggestion of @retro-treasures-wv, which it won’t do if you just buy shipping directly from ebay. and recently, because i’m a super nerd, i am also logged into Shippo and comparing prices for every shipment and for some reason there are shipments that can be up to several dollars cheaper on Shippo for the same size package on Pirate Ship, they are mostly larger boxes going further, but I’m happy to save a few bucks when I can. I have the free Shippo account that allows 30 free labels a month and I use only the labels that are cheaper, everything else goes through Pirate Ship.

@Ryanne thanks! I’ve been so lazy about doing this with a credit card and looking into external shipping. My goal is to start selling some larger art work online so I need to step it up later if I get to those larger items. We could certainly use hotel points!
