Love them!! My mother had one similar one that was amber, another curb find. My son broke it when he was younger.
I love lamps with the night light in the base, sometimes that’s all the light you want to make things cozy.
Beautiful find!!
WOW…just wow.
Seriously drooling here.
Like Jay said, I wouldn’t have been able to sleep.
I started out with collectibles years ago, but now unless I’m finding stuff for free I try to avoid them, (I do find a lot for free). Minimalists or minimalists wanna-be’s seem to be the fashion now. Usable, wearable, or “makes life easier” just are safer bets.
Good tips, thanks. I’ve sold singles or small lots in the past. First class, or priority flat rate mailer.
I still tend to overlook magazines a lot, and I do run across them quite a bit for nothing or next to it. I think I need to re-think my logic now. LOL
BigSally…your photos look great.
??? They remind me of the tops of shoes or slippers. Curious myself now.
W.L. D’E????
Clueless I’m afraid.
But just have to say I love them too. They are awesome.
Here’s one on Etsy:
I think the one you have is a better one though, the compass and the triangle are better defined. Nice piece.
“I’m gonna laugh if its grannys gold crown….”
I was going to say it almost looks like it. LOL
Test it, I remember this guy melting down his wedding band after catching his wife cheating on him and making a homemade pendant out of it. You just never know.
Not rabid, I think once upon a time I was somewhat rabid, but not now.
I’m genuinely happy to see someone else make a score, if they are on the fence about it, then I might jokingly assure them that if they set it down I WILL snatch it up…but that’s about it.
I find more than enough stuff for one person to deal with some days, sometimes it even finds me.
I actually never knew about those stow and go seats until recently. That’s the major thing that always turned me off about vans like that…where would I store the seats? Because I know they would be out of there 95% of the time for cargo room.
It looks like an awesome feature.
If it’s vintage put that in the title, I would note any inscriptions or maker’s markings, carat, and color stone. Approx size and weight it giving a gram weight.
Many buy them for the gold, some don’t and may ask for shank width, band width. But I would think that would be all you need besides some good close ups.
03/25/2018 at 4:57 pm in reply to: Fragile Stickers cost an additional $10.45 shipping costs through USPS #36110I stopped using fragile stickers after SO took the packages a few times when I was sick and got talked into the added fragile handling.
Now I use “glass…handle with care” stickers and he knows better. LOL
I just got a message that I qualify for this, but not sure how I feel about it.
“if a buyer receives their item past the guaranteed date and raises a case, eBay will either reimburse their shipping cost or provide a free return label, buyer’s choice”
So “if”…something arrives late and they reimburse the shipping cost, is it sucked from our Paypal account? Or are we given a defect or something as a result?
Two of the qualifying shipping methods listed are media mail and parcel. Media mail can be notoriously slow sometimes if you’re shipping to the opposite coast, parcel sometimes also can extend past a 3 day delivery window.
Am I overly concerned that this could cause one big mess around the holiday season or with sudden adverse weather, or does anyone else share my fears on this??
Is anyone opting out?
Another thing if it doesn’t work. I’ve sold many non-working consoles for parts. I just fully disclose and state that it doesn’t work and picture any damage. I sell the games, accessories, controllers separate after testing them on a working system. They do sell.
Some of the older handheld’s like the Sega game gear are suffering from leaky caps due to age now, they might not power on, or they might power on with a wall adapter but not with batteries. But they are still desired by modders who replace the caps and upgrade the screens. In the junk box for a $1.00 at a yard sale, rummage sale, or mixed in an auction lot, non working consoles and the accessories they might come with can still be a good flip.
