Thanks for the shout on the podcast! My kids where cheering in the car!
Jay I agree after this. The others we sold were in original box with original packaging. So it was a box in a box. This didn’t have the ordinal box and it couldn’t have been packed better. Not really worth the time spent packaging even if it hadn’t been broken.
Thanks for the help.
If they would have just opened a return case like a normal person and showed the lid was broken or whatever, we could have offered partial refund or found them a lid. Or refunded and said keep it. Since shipping was $30. Don’t want to pay $60 for the round trip shipping. Won’t recoup it with a crockpot as sales price was $45. 😫
I wonder what eBay’s return policy is on this. If we will have to refund the original shipping and purchase price? Have to call eBay and find out. Should’ve shipped priority.
They said “Heard broken pieces in the box. Didn’t open. Refused shipment. ”
This is what they put in the return comments on eBay. They could’ve heard the cord for the crockpot moving around there’s no way to know because they didn’t open the box.
Oh my gosh Ryanne, great article!!
Sincerly,
RyanThanks all!
When I first saw it, I thought $250. Then with some research thought $1000, but was still unsure.
The only place I found a picture of the hat was in an interview with a hip hop industry guy. So I went high with make and offer. ?

They have bought a TON of Eileen Fisher clothes and similar dresses.
Thanks for that link btw!
Thanks folks.
We accepted the refund. Gonna check her buying history. We spoke to eBay and they said not to respond to buyer, accept it, and refund only the purchase price as even if this tag is on the inside of the dress it is as described.
It’s weird. A “sample” on the floor of a retailer.
Found out this week that one of my thrift stores throws away stuff that doesn’t sell or they don’t want to put out in the dumpster in back. I asked if I could just come Take what they didn’t want but for some reason they can’t do that. ? But I can go through the trash after they close. ?
Awesome. Thanks for the advice!!

If you have artsy skills and high quality fiber there’s money to made. Rita works part time at an Alpaca Farm and can get good prices on high quality Alpaca fiber and she has skills for creating.
Lately Rita has been making items for a boutique shop in St. Louis and getting paid REALLY well for that.
