yep we allow dogs at all properties. never had a problem. 60-70% of our bookings are people with dogs. not kidding.

yeah i think i said in the podcast that i essentially triple boxed everything. each mug was wrapped in bubble, then wrapped in cardboard. those were then put in a box together and padded. that was then put in the larger box with the other double wrapped items. it really should have been fine. but it wasnt. sigh.
canceling the sale and canceling the label are two different processes, was it USPS? you should now go void that label as well.
what was the shipping service? if USPS, just go to the email ebay send you and find the Void Label link.
thanks y’all, yeah i saw a couple listings on Etsy and they say it’s basically fake Chinese writing, maybe for a Chinese restaurant back in the 30s. so weird!

i’ve had this happen too, where a 2lb item gets First Class shipping, it’s usually about the price of Parcel, so no biggie, but it is weird.
i hadn’t noticed that. but i print using the “print invoice/packing slip” on the to-be-shipped page not the bulk shipping label page.
