ps, i also love an miss our clapper, it was great. we were living in a room where the light and lamp switches were really far away from our bed, so we attached our lamp to the clapper and it worked great. so funny.

and if you don’t want to turn on business policies, you can do it in the bulk editor 500 items at a time.
i don’t use it for ebay, but just about all our other businesses and this podcast, i use it daily.

sounds like in this case the buyer did not request a return. what we are describing is a buyer opening a return request, not returning the item (i basically think they just wanted the item for free) and then closing the return case and the Neg feedback gets taken off.
