Lost Chargeback Claim – Paypal #72123what was the chargeback for? if it was a “fraudulent” purchase, you should ask for the item back. i would call paypal back again. i’ve had this happen before and paypal evenutally refunded me after like 4 months.

this really stuck out to me:
‘Retail standard’ as a concept is right, but I think the opportunity is to recognize that ‘Retail Standard’ is different if we’re talking about new Cell Phone cases vs Vintage Christmas Ornaments vs Plants. We need to move from “what is THE retail standard” to “what is the customer expectation in THIS category/condition”.

i love that we all define “living it up” as pulling stuff out of the garbage. yes!
i love buttons! they are such a weird genre to sell, but i love researching them. would love to see what you have, sounds like a good cache.
