you should message (or call? is ebay taking calls yet?) ebay to get them to possibly refund them?
it snowed up there??
alright!!!
we just opened a bag of Guatemalan too, it’s tasty!
ah, i see what you guys are saying. since lots of things are not in stock (or they are and are shipping VERY slowly) on Amazon, people are moving over to ebay more than normal. yep, i bet that has a lot to do with it. so happy to be able to shop on ebay right now, where you can message a seller directly to make sure they’re shipping as fast as they say they are.
i got an offer yesterday for perfume and they asked for free shipping, and i just declined and told them we don’t do free shipping. but i hear you, people who buy/pay and then demand it? get outta here!
funny to me when people buy something, agree to the price and the shipping amount and then complain about the price. huh??
i think Jay should be CEO of ebay, how do we get that to happen?
i wonder if they have 2 unpaid items in the last 6 months, and if you have that as a buyer requirement, you might not be allowing them to purchase?
one more thing, i think you can tell ebay to just print the address, not the whole invoice and you can put that in the package, you might be able to print up to 4 on a sheet of those if anyone wants the best of both worlds.
i agree with MyCottage, if you want to print an invoice, you should. if you want to save paper and not print one, you should. do what makes sense for your business. you’re causing so much more waste by using poly or bubble mailers that are plastic, non-recyclable and non-biodegradable than a single piece of paper. but we all do it and that’s just the affordable option right now for small sellers. anyone know of biodegradable poly-mailers?? : )

i thought shipping labels looked the same if you have a store or not. maybe i’m wrong?i do the .99, i have no idea why we started that and kept it. maybe because .99 or 9.99 auctions are where we started and we just stuck with that? i have no good answer, it just makes sense to my brain when pricing.
sadly you won’t be able to add that tracking number, you can only mark as shipped with no tracking. if you bought the item on a different platform like amazon or mercari, you could add that tracking. i’ve shipped people books from amazon when i couldn’t find them in my inventory and entered that tracking. but that’s the only way i’ve been successful doing that.
