that’s so odd. i didn’t get an email. i’ve contacted our server guy, we’ll see what he suggests.i’m also having this problem, i didn’t get any emails yesterday afternoon. i will ask my server guy. hmmmm
you can keep your regular return address (your house if you have one?) and just change the “ship from” zip code on the label page. if you change it once, it will stay with that zip until you change it back.

so the shipping company only charges you $2.75 if someone returns a package? not on every package you ship right? interesting service!
if you used paypal you can just ask them to send it as a Friends and Family transaction and there is no fee.
