i’ve never seen that in an offer. i’ve only seen people write free shipping in the terms.
1: you can bulk edit anything over $50 by choosing that in your seller manager active listings adanced search, see screenshot
2: you can bulk edit these items to be local pickup. HOWEVER, you cannot offer any shipping options AND local pickup, you have to choose one or the other. you can’t have both.
3: buyers can send best offer on any type of item, local pick up or shipped. as i said, you can’t choose to have an item Local Pickup or USPS, it has to be one or the other. “Free shipping” is not a valid term for a best offer either. if someone puts that in their terms, you don’t have to recognize it if you have shipping costs already set.
+1
i see what you’re saying, that $1000 sale really boosted your total this week. scary thought if they hadn’t of sold!
which questions were repeated this week? sorry to say, we’ll probably continue to answer newbies. i find that our answers have changed over time for certain things and i like to be able to help someone who hasn’t listened to 300+ episodes (though i think they should too!)
sorry that happened, not sure why!—-

After upgrading from Basic to Premium store in April, I’ve finally built up to just over 600 listings and keeping around there. Things were really zooming for awhile, but now it’s much slower. Instead of a few sales every day, now it’s 1 or 2. I just keep looking for stuff at garage and estate while the weather is good, cleaning out the house, and listing.
Here’s a few of my favorite R&J inspired finds that sold recently.
Clock similar to those mentioned by J&R, bought for $4:
Chinese gong bought for $5:
Balsa Wood Cutter bought for $1… probably should have sold it higher as it sold within 2 hours, but it’s going to a super nice guy in Texas that is rabid about the old tools, so I upgraded to priority and he’s very very happy with it:

Dodge hood ornament donated by my boyfriend, more than made up for the cool hats and other things I bought at sales that he had latched onto somehow…buyer from Canada and he sent me pictures of it mounted on his truck, he’s totally happy with finding it after his got stolen…I mentioned he might want to hook up electrodes to it but he opted for motion activated cameras:
I looked at my numbers the last 2 summers, and if the trend is similar, things should pick up a little in August and stronger after that.
Thanks, everyone! Love the sharing.

exactly. they’ll refund you as long as it’s not scanned/used within the 21 days.
