I would print out the messages and take them to your police department to ask what they can do to protect you from these threats. eBay might provide you with information on this person if you no longer can find it, based on these threats. If you can provide the information the police might pay them a visit to warn them off, or at least you do have it on record if anything happens like vandalism, etc. I agree with Jay, do not respond to them in any way from this point forward, there is nothing to be gained from doing that and its likely to just inflame them more.

I’m a senior single and have found several interesting women through online dating, but I was never looking for another seller as a requirement.
I have never understood the mystery of why a woman just suddenly shuts off communications but have experienced it several times myself. Oh well.
The same advice that I give buyers who contact me with this problem. Check with other members of the household to see if they might have received it and set it aside for you. Check with neighbors in case it was misdelivered. Did the post office actually look up the GPS coordinates for the delivery scan? Check with your route mail carrier, they can often remember packages if not much time has passed, if you can get a description of the package from the seller that can help.

I don’t remember all the details. It seems to me that if I used an email address for which I already had a previous transaction it brought up their information, but I’m not clear on that.
I have the option in PayPal to create an invoice, I don’t know maybe that requires a business account. It’s on the left below Transfer Money.
There are many Kindle books about zombies created by a viral outbreak, this genre has been popular for many years before the coronavirus. Most of the time the plot is a bio-weapon being developed that escapes weak containment and rapidly spreads. Dirk Patton is one of my favorite authors now based on his V-Plague series, those books go back to 2013 and I believe the most recent is book 19.
In my experience, the angrier and more threating and emotional the buyer sounds, the more likely it is an attempted scam, probably thinking she can get a refund and keep the items. That will often work with sellers who just want to just make the issue go away with minimal time required.
It’s more relevant to think about how the typical individual investor, a family in other words, has losses in 5-6 digits since last week. Younger folks will have plenty of time to recover before retirement, even middle-aged, but for seniors this can have a definite impact on retirement income.

They are the same size, but thinner and lighter. I have one series of parts that just barely fit these envelopes with a little tugging. The new ones stretch when I try to do that, making it more difficult. Other than that makes no difference to me, I don’t have much that is fragile, but I suppose some things other sellers ship might get damaged easier.
I got these in probably 2-3 weeks ago but only needed to open the box yesterday.
A lot of factors as mentioned above, but I think perhaps the biggest is your wife is pushing you to do it. All the other factors are just math but if your life partner is on your side and supports the decision, you can make it work even if the numbers are marginal.
Suggestion, use the send money function in PayPal, that will include your email or add a different one there before sending.
I have long believed that eBay pushes more sales to active sellers.

I understand about depression, what I call the darkness, it can be a lifetime battle. Everyone is different but for me, it also negatively affects my personal life if I let it slide. When I start slipping backward I have to give myself regular scoldings and pep talks, finding something to give me a break in the daily grind helps, along with exercise. Good luck.
