My latest FedEx Smartpost discrepancy. I called ebay and was told that if I’m charged the higher fee to call back and it would be refunded. I got a service request number like someone said above and the service rep said she documented the case.

I had to push to get her to do this though. At first she advised using a different shipping method but I would have lost at least 10 dollars using USPS.

She said ebay is aware of the problem. I asked if ebay is going to fix this or should I remove smart post from my listings and she said she didn’t know how long it would take to fix and I should remove it from my listings.

Does anyone know the cut off for when the dimensional weight kicks in? And is it just a problem with smartpost or are fedex ground / home affected too?

I don’t understand why they don’t fix this immediately. It’s crazy.

This has happened to me twice. Today with FedEx Smartpost and a couple of weeks ago with USPS Priority. The difference in price was a lot.

Liz I was getting 250 ft online for that price. I loved the price but I’m disappointed in the quality

Annabel threeb is where I got this bubble wrap that won’t break at a lot of the perforations. They have great prices but I was really disappointed in this last shipment. I get other shipping supplies from them too and am usually happy

Thanks Ryanne. My Ting bill has been creeping up because I’ve been spending more time than usual on the phone. I think I will try out Google Voice. Keepin’ those bills low!

Jay and Ryanne in previous podcasts you’ve talked about using Google when you talk on phone at home. Do you still do that now that you are using Ting? I have Ting but lately have been on the phone a lot and even my Ting bill is getting too high. I want to try out what you were referring to. Can you explain it a bit? Is it Google Voice?
