Just some listing and spending time with my family. Working on saving up for a trip to Walt Disney World next summer. I budgeted it out, and know how much money each month I need to earn to pay for some bills, and will save the rest for the trip. Hopefully I will make enough to go!

I also took a listing break this week. Now I am charged up to list again! I can see how the break took a toll on sales though! 🙁 I think I only sold 3 items over the weekend.

Number of items listed this week: 56 (Listed at $1,200)Great week on Ebay for me! 🙂 I was happy with those numbers. This past week my focus was on listing a collection of Masters of the Universe action figures that I have been holding on to for a while. (~ 4-5 years ago I bought them at an awesome garage sale). It is a bit hard to let them go, but they aren’t doing me any good sitting in a box, awesome collection or not. They have accessories, weapons and many have the mini comic that they came with. I still have about 15 figures to list, but then I will be done and that will feel good. Working on similar items for the whole week certainly made my work more efficient. I think I should pick a ‘theme’ each week. Maybe this week will be… Book week, or Little People week. I should probably make it a shoe week, but I don’t think I have enough shoes to list for a whole week.

Returns: 0 But one person filed a ‘item not received.’ Tracking stated that the item was delivered, and my post master was even kind enough to check the GPS coordinates at the package’s last scan – it was scanned inside her apartment building. :/ Hopefully a neighbor didn’t just take it. I have not heard back from this person for a few days though so I’m not sure what has happened on her end.

Number of items listed this week: 43 (Listed at $671)I haven’t posted my numbers for a couple weeks. I went out to California for a week for my sister’s wedding, so I have been out of the loop for a bit. Getting back into the routine again! I went to a 100-mile garage sale this past weekend in the southeastern Minnesota area. I went out on Friday and Saturday and was kind of disappointed with the results. I went to a LOT of garage sales, and was out for a good seven hours on Saturday. I just did not have much luck. Maybe it was because it was late in the game and things were picked over. I did notice that I was going to a lot of the same houses that I had been to before in the same 100-mile sale last year. Maybe I already bought the things that were ‘good’ for me last year? At the end of the day on Saturday I hit up a Salvation army and within an hour found just as many good things that took me seven hours to find earlier that day. (For about the same price.) I went out on Saturday because that was when I could find a babysitter. My two-year old would not be happy going to garage sales for seven hours straight. 🙂
