I don’t sell a lot of coins, but every once in a while I have something. Glad we have the option again..
My wife is working at home so I have not had time to listen yet this week…But that won’t stop me from saying No to the chili dog. Coffee and chili dog do not go together. I have a picture in my head of your shop. Chili dogs are like a nightmare in my vision of your place. A cup of chili on the menu would be ok, but not canned…. that being said, draw a lunch crowd in, then tailor the menu to what they will buy. If everyone in town wants a chili dog and you can sell 50 a week, then by all means make it a coffee molle chili and use your coffee in the recipe. Whoops I’m rambling……but have you made a spice rub with your coffee yet? It could be another item on your website too…time to go listen….Happy New Year!
Thanks.. what about cleaning them? Machine delicate? The quilts apron is a maxi skirt
I have a few hundred pounds of copper pennies hidden away. I have a Ryedale sorter. I have not done it in a while, but I would get 20-25% copper coins per box of pennies. I would buy a couple 25 dollar boxes of pennies from one bank, sort them, and return them at another bank. (I opened an account at a bank with a coin counter at 6 local branches to spread out the returns) besides getting copper, I would find 5 or 10 wheat pennies per box, and once in a while an Indian head penny. Sometimes a rare penny would show up. I was selling 10 dollars worth of coppers for 17 dollars plus shipping. I could go on but I don’t want to bore anyone. The beauty of it is I’m not really losing much by having them sit there, and I can always return them if I need he money…
Oooh..I can’t wait to listen in the morning.. I have copper pennies…
(Thinks silly cartoon where a 3.5 mile long piece of fabric is flapping out the back door of a fedex van going down the highway)
Nobody understands shipping….. unless you have wrapped a lamp with a glass shade… Ryanne, you jinxed me.. someone bought a pamphlet, paid and then wrote a note to ship it certified mail….after paying 3.50 shipping…Hope everyone sells everything This month! Merry Christmas everyone. Brian

Jay, I look around and adjust accordingly…if it’s going to take a lot of time I will charge 20 bucks an hour to throw stuff in the dumpster while culling out the better items. I always make them get a dumpster, the dump charges by the load. Some people turn me down, some sell me a few things, some say fine and have me do it. I get 3 or 4 a year that keep me up to my eyeballs in inventory to sell…
Yes, I meant FSA…my wife’s company is changing providers, so we are already in the grace period. The letter also states that any unspent money goes to the employer…..interesting …
Here is my advice for my friends here…….
anytime u see an old house for sale, send the owner and the realtor a postcard saying u do cleanouts. Don’t bother on the new homes, look for old ones and u can find good stuff in the attic and basement….realtors are always pushing the owners to clean out, they are your friend…..shhh.. don’t tell anyone near me about this…
I charge for cleanouts. Usually 500 bucks and I keep anything good I find. They pay for the dumpster. NO CHEMICALS TAKEN. I box them up for the homeowner. Sometimes I pay, but that’s cherry picking time.
A few weeks ago I found an item that I sold months ago in my for sale listings with 3 available! I was puzzled, and took it down. Maybe I’m not as crazy as I think….
If my wife hears the eBay notification, I will accept the offer unless it’s real low. If she is not around I’m much pickier about the price…..
