15 for me last week, none of them can be remotely construed to meet the challenge, unbelievably.
Yes Amatino, can you reduce my goal to 10 per week? I don’t want to go lower and encourage my slacker self.
VT glad to hear about your husband, hope he has a speedy recovery.
VT, hope everything goes well for your husband and you.
Goose egg for me again last week. Hopefully this should be my last busy week at work for a while and I can get some things listed. I need to unstuff my house.
0 for me. Very busy at my day job, and I’m working on going through stuff and donating subpar items or things that I just have no interest in listing. I finally had the lightbulb moment that since this is a hobby right now, I don’t have to deal with things that are boring to me, even if I originally paid (gasp) $1 for them. They can just be released back into the wild.
15 for me. Finally a week where I made my goal! None were metals…I’m focusing on the things which are overruning my office right now, which primarily seem to be books and clothes.
9 for me. Work finally slowing down a bit so I can maybe get a little bit more done on ebay. My sales have been dismal but I haven’t hardly listed anything in a couple of months so I know where to place the blame.
13 for me, no MCM. VT, I hope that your husband’s surgery goes well and I’m sorry your community is going through this.
I paid $7.76 this morning, with top rated seller status. So maybe that’s the difference?
Well, you still beat me, Amatino. Goose egg this week.
Speaking of which, did others get the email from ebay “It’s quick and easy to create listings with BULQ”? Apparently you can buy (what I guess are) returns on BULQ’s ebay store that have a guaranteed manifest that you can somehow populate into your ebay listings??….
I didn’t explore any further, but if you’re interested, the youtube link is here:
16 for me…none for either of the challenges. Met my goal, which feels like an achievement compared to my recent activity. Amatino, hope that water situation gets fixed soon.
0 for me last week 🙁
03/08/2021 at 8:50 am in reply to: Qualified Business Income Deduction, State Local Tax Deduction, and Depreciation #86523Yes, you can take QBI deduction if you have business income. It ends up on line 13 of your 1040.
State & local taxes are a Schedule A itemized deduction.
For the depreciation look at IRS Publication 946. You may find the deduction is not worth the hassle for these small items with partial business use.
I would at least take to someone like H&R Block or equivalent this year if I were you, and upgrade to a CPA when finances permit.
I listed 1! I think that might be my total for the month, actually. Plus I relisted something that was returned like a month ago. I’m on an upward trajectory, ha.
Amatino, it’s a good thing that you have such a wonderful sense of humor – that will see you through! I hope everything gets fixed soon.
Sharyn, that’s an amazing haul for 75 cents.
Zero for me last week, and however many weeks I’ve missed posting before that.
Sorry for your loss JulieB. 18 years is a good long life and it sounds like it was a happy one.
Amatino, hope you get back to normal soon!
02/13/2021 at 4:41 pm in reply to: What is this style of drapes called and how are they used? #85887I consulted the ‘Design Directory of Window Treatments” (found recently in free box) and the photos in the living room appear to be balloon shades. Not sure about the ones you have, though. Some kind of valance? I looked through the valance section and there are rod bottom valances but they don’t seem to also utilize a rod at the top. And nothing that has mountings on the side. Maybe the side channels are for cords or something?
