Yes! That’s it! That’s the right phrase! It’s a “long tail” house!!
Wowzers!
I keep trying to respond but don’t quite have the words…I tried the Hillsboro one once and left empty handed. Maybe it was just a bad day. The salem one is small for sure, but closest to me. When we do the Portland bins, it means an overnight in a hotel…so I only go once a month or so.
The airport one has been the most successful for me. On the times I have tried the Milwaukie one they haven’t brought new product out very often. Anyway, hi there “neighbor”.Hey…were you at the bins in salem or pdx airport on sat or Sunday?
Items listed this week: 60
Plugging away. Feels like I listed more than that, but that’s what my tally’s say. Lol

Number of items listed this week: 60It’s such a balancing act…so tempting to take these rock bottom offers when times are so “soft”. Lol.
Hubby keeps reminding me that if I get something for 10 cents and sell it for 10 dollars it’s nothing to be ashamed of…That is an antique butter pick.
When butter was formed into cylinders and cut into curls, the pick was used to retrieve one curl at a time.
Thanks!
Still scared, but trying to just breathe through it.
I am a thyroid cancer survivor, which the dr says makes me more likely to suffer several other cancers and I am having several symptoms of ovarian cancer. My GP feels confident that isn’t what it is tho, so I’m hopeful that it’s just a cyst or something. I have an appointment with a specialist and ultrasound next month. So for now,
I’m trying to get back to normal.Anyway, thanks for the congrats. I’m trying to put my head down and just get some money flowing!
03/13/2018 at 4:46 pm in reply to: Scavenger Life Episode 351: Being Frugal Is Not A Secret Club #35073I continue to be embarrassed by my numbers. I need more time in the day, and more commitment and motivations I guess. Between 3 kids, and their activities and “soft” sales, I’m struggling.
Total Items in Store: 640
• Items Sold: 18
• Total Sales $178
• Highest Price $25 (ugh!!!)baggallini purse
• Average Price Sold: $9.88
• Returns: 0
• Cost of Items Sold: $15ishSuch LOW costs items. It’s like someone went through and only bought the very cheapest items I had listed. I try not to bother with that stuff, but if I hadn’t…I would have had almost no sales.
Hi! I’m here!
Sorry, we have been down and out. I have had a pretty big medical scare in the last Few weeks and we are all still sick on and off. This has been a horrible winter.I know I’m too late to post official numbers, but I listed 67 items last week despite being a bit nutty. So I’m pretty proud of that!
I’m sorry. We are still quite sick. Listing but not counting
Are you by any chance doing all of your work on the app? If you are, try looking at them in a browser. The app doesn’t show anywhere near all the items anymore (and today doesn’t show that I have any active items even though I have 650).
Ugh. I have had a horrible week. We discovered our tub is leaking and all the walls are rotten and the whole bathroom needs a “to the studs” reno…
15 items listed
All of them from DPThe iPhone app on my iPhone 8plus still sucks. We have android devices. I hate them more. Lol
iPhone app worked great for me with several other phones and this one too, until it didn’t.
Very frustrating. But just another bump in the road…
45 items listed
22 of them from DP
I spent $100 at an estate sale buying many thousand slides.Should keep me busy a while.
