Jay, Ryanne: Congratulations on your 300th podcast episode. That’s quite an achievement as I still look forward to Mondays so I can listed to your podcast.
In terms of the Spring seller update and the discount qualification going from 90% to 95% and the reimbursement goiong from 20% to 10%, I assumed when Ebay provided the coupon for shipping supplies every quarter that something like this would happen. I think they gave us the coupons to ease us into the reduction in the rebate. Cynical, yes, but it makes sense to me now.

I don’t buy or sell this stuff, but I have a relative and a friend who rebuild various things that have small engines and they also rebuild cars. I now have an eye into that world and there are lots of opportunities (as you stated) in this area.

It’s unfortunate, but that’s the way it goes. I see them occasionally out in the wild, but at least I know to avoid them now.

Check out https://www.resellerrally.com/ for more information on this upcoming event.
I agree that article I posted is old, but for some reason they were talking about the color change on eBay Radio recently. That’s where I heard it. Anyway, later.

A neighbor of mine moved, at least a year ago and he put two old projection screens out for the junk. I saw them and took them home. They were in fairly decent workable condition, but one was larger than the other. I assume he acquired the smaller one first and later bought the larger one many years ago (he is retired). I listed them both, but only sold one so far for I think $24.00. The other one refuses to sell even for $15.00, but I will leave it listed since I got it for free.
