I also want to express how grateful I am for our little community here. I don’t personally know any eBay sellers who live near me. It’s great to have people to communicate with who understand this business, and who also have empathy for any personal life struggles. Thanks everyone!

Still waiting for a diagnosis on the family health issue but we’re finally hooked up with a great hospital so I’m feeling more confident about the care at least.

13 new listings for me last week. Still dealing with a serious family health problem but finally moving towards a diagnosis, fingers crossed.

Zero listings for me last week. I’m still dealing with a serious family health issue, but hoping to get more clarity on it soon. Thank you to everyone for the good wishes, they are much appreciated.
I am hoping to do at least a tiny bit of listing this week. I don’t think I’ve posted a zero listing week for a very long time and it certainly has effected my sales in a negative way.

I think I listed three items? I’m having a family medical issue here and most likely I won’t be listing too much until that gets out of crisis mode. Fingers crossed.
VL: Good for you for trying to get caught up on your unlisted inventory!
In attempting to do the same I started a challenge for myself this week. I numbered 31 bankers boxes of my unlisted inventory and then drew one of the numbers with the idea to list three items this week from the box I chose.
I picked a box full of purses, which I hate to list. So it really will be a challenge. They are much higher dollar than the items I usually list though, so fingers crossed.
Only two listings for me this week, but I’m back from vacation so I’m hoping to get back to regular listing this week.
Christine thank you so much for the SB info – it was really helpful! My husband and I met a friend there so I didn’t have much free time, but I’d love to meet up the next time we go (in October, the concert we went to see was rescheduled due to the fires in LA).
I only listed 3 last week, due to leaving for vacation. This week won’t be much better for me as far as listings – I’m still on vacation until the end of this week.
Christine: Thank you so much for the info on Santa Barbara, I really appreciate it! So far I’m still in Pismo Beach and haven’t used it yet, but I’ll be in SB tomorrow and it’s going to come in handy!
Sharyn: Amatino is traveling out of the US for a couple of weeks so she won’t be able to start a new 2025 listing post until she gets back.

43 new listings for me last week. I’m feeling good about that number because I didn’t rely on fast and easy to list items to get there. Most were actually DP items.
It did help that my hubs was out of town for 48 hours – I worked on listings for 12 hours a day while he was gone. I got 41 of those 43 items listed in two days.
This week I’m headed out for vacation so I’m not going to be listing much (if anything!) for the next 2 weeks. This should kill my decent January sales. But I am looking forward to some R&R.

23 new listings for me last week. I’m happy with that number as December is always a busy month. I accomplished zero DP listings, TBH I don’t think I’m going to manage to complete the DP challenge…
VL my heart goes out to you. I don’t have my own elderly parents with health/aging issues but I’ve been through that heartache with my husband’s parents. Sharyn is right that your love and care for your Dad is a blessing for him. I wish you peace with the situation.
