Yes I’m doing a different model this time. I’m buying nothing that doesn’t have at least a $20 profit margin. I don’t care if I get 50 things that I can make a dollar on that sell the same day. I’m not buying them. Everything I bought at auction or vintage toys and we know they sell well. So maybe I won’t have to have stores with 5,000 items in them this time. I’d like to have 300 items at a time and if they sit for more than 30 days I’ll put them at rock bottom. I’m not looking to make a full-time living this time, I just want to make enough to supplement my social security and partial VA disability. Good luck to yah. Hey do you ever see what’s their name? Okay, yeah I quit in the end of 2018, spent most the next four years in the hospital but I am coming back. From everything I got rid of in those 4 years I still have thousands of items I have to list. Well I won’t list them all! I will hire a VA and just take the pics and make the title. Then I get stupid and do an online auction the other day and ended up with 340 pieces. I think I have a serious problem with buying.
I might have missed it at times, but when is the last time yah spent money on inventory? Take care.

I always enjoy your posts. I retired as a nurse and a ebay seller a couple of years ago. Health keeps me from it. Your the closest one that sells the same things I did and I love to watch as you turn that little bit of extra profit. In fact a friend I helped get started had a vcr that sat for 9 months, he was about to drop it to half I told him he better not lol. Just change the description and title and see what happens. He sold it within two days. I have had things sit for 3 years before. Now if they are small breakable or something like that I will let them go very low priced as not to lose them or break them.

I think that is why they are doing that now, not showing names. I do remember blocking people who lowballed me before and now I cannot. Why do I block them, because usually your lowballers are the ones who will either try to scam or give a bad feedback. Not always but it does happen to me.
@Jay, not right now, the auctions that are open are swamped, I mean I only do online auctions anyways, so all the 1000,s around Dallas Fort Worth that do regular auctions have picked up online so they can keep buying. Garage sale season now yes I can find most of what I need.
Some of the things I buy to sell quick are name brand baseball bats. Working vintage electronics, nice name brand on that. I sell all kinds of stuff. I can get all to move in a week period, it’s just price point is all. I don’t like to make less than 15 and item after all fees so this gets hard sometimes. It’s worth it though not to have go through inventory.
A guy I know call the Bonafide Hustler only buys a lot of what I buy, his profit margin is 50.00 and he makes a full time living. I would suggest anyone reading this to look him up on Youtube.
I have also in the past did what Darwinman1 did but then we didn’t have inkfrog so I just bought inventory from a seller. That was a pain but I am glad DWM wrote that, I will start advertising to buy stores. I love turnkey oppurtunities.
You know I have been watching you guys since you started with I think their names are Mike and Mindy. I really appreciate your opinions and observations. I have sold full time when I was a Nurse but I just don’t seem to want to list more than a few things a day now. Listening to your podcast though helps me to list and thank you for that.

I don’t even do glass, in fact if I am doing a auction and see a box with half glassware but other stuff I want, I still won’t buy it lol. I used to but after a few broke in transit or because I was not careful. I just don’t I don’t even like boxing it. I have found that at auctions more times than not you buy in bulk and only some things are sell-able and certain things take so long to sell. I am at the point now I just want to buy stuff that will sell in a month or less. I will even discount it at 21 days with a sale and only make half my profit just to turn things over now. It helps to know what sells fast though.
Jay the advance is 1,000 per employee. You both count as two total. Then the rest, up to 10k. The other part of the loan they will offer so much. A bank will call you to finish the application and everything. I would like to suggest if you take the full loan don’t go over 25k as they are still requiring collateral for anything over 25k. The emergency funds do not need to be paid back as long as your employees keep working. They have other loans too for this. I am just doing the Emergency part since most my employees are contract labor anyways. So the 1,000 will help out.
I love old postcards and things like that. Newspaper clippings pictures. The hard thing for me is listing it because I do love having it around. I really love old catalogs. Am I a hoarder lol? Don’t answer. Good job.
Hey what is your eBay handle. I had it saved on another name but can’t get into that name for some reason right now. I love your videos man. You buy and sell things I do. Of course I look for auctions with vintage electronics, car parts and other things too. Thanks for making your videos. It does help a lot to see what you price and sell for.
