I will have to try this app. Thanks!
We had this sporadically in the past when we listed direct to eBay, usually my fault if I did a Sell Similar rather than Relist.
With SixBit, we don’t have this issue. We get a notification if we try to duplicate through SixBit.
Amen Mike. Diversification is a good thing. When everything is on one platform, and that platform is taken away…
I still remember our suspension. And for some reason, our PayPal account was hit at the same time, so we couldn’t collect and ship! So we had to use our personal PayPal to send invoices and to process shipping. Now, we could ship manually from ShipRush, but that was a stressful week, trying to keep everything running without making life worse.
So we did photos and scheduled listings to use our time wisely. And now I would do more crossposting to keep some sales and cash flow coming in. Won’t be a replacement for eBay since they are so big and our sales are so good there, but at least something coming in…
One VERO is not to bad, but two on the same issue in a short time is bad. We had two back to back (thought we had pulled everything) and we were suspended for one week. Couldn’t list or relist anything for a week.
Majestic: We are kindred spirits! Love your requirement to quantify your goals…you gotta do that to know when it is achieved and where you are in the process!
Plus, if I was single, I would be ALL about living out of car camping. Check out some of the great videos of people that have modified conversion vans to have living space. Awesome! Park at the trailhead, hike, sleep, eat…wonderful!
Thanks Mike. All is great, she has been up and around a bit this morning. Looking to hear from the doc for official discharge later today. But she is an amazing and strong woman, so I’m not surprised!
Her mom is staying with us for a week to help take care of her, so we are on a good path!
Calljac: Those are some amazing numbers for the week!
— Are you selling preowned or new to get such a high Average Selling Price?
— And are these numbers typical, or are you seeing a Q4 bump?Well done!
All so very true. Most part time resellers are about 70-75% net profit (10% COGS, 15% Fees, the rest miscellaneous). Larger Retailers are 5%-15%, after labor and overhead. Full time resellers play in the middle, mostly 30%-50% net, not including their own time invested as a labor cost. Time invested is the wildcard…
Funny thing…Veronica has one to list soon for $200+…😂
Thanks guys. All done and she is recovering now. Everything went great and will head home tomorrow. We are both so glad to have this behind us! Thanks for all your good thoughts!
Well done Retro!

Thanks! I will give that a shot!
bcfo (or others that sell on Poshmark): Is there a way to move the prepaid Poshmark labels to Landscape in Adobe? The ones we get are too long in portrait to use our adhesive labels.
We use the 8.5″x11″ adhesive labels for shipping, with the labels landscape on the label, so we get two labels per page. With the Poshmark labels being send portrait, they are more than half of the page, so we can’t use the labels and have to print on regular paper and tape them on.
Any solutions?
12/07/2018 at 10:53 am in reply to: Laser printer shipping labels question from MDC Galleries #52879Mike (and all): We still use our Brother laser printer, and use the 8.5″x11″ sheets with the slit down the middle. We hand feed these one at a time through the manual slot. A bit of a pain, but we had issues with putting them in the tray and then getting jams, and we still had to manually feed the second time around. And yes, avoid it printing on the wax side as it will screw up the next few labels.
As for sizing and centering, we use ShipRush, so we can adjust that on ShipRush to get it right. Free software, pulls in your eBay and Etsy and Bonanza sales automagically (I love that word). Mike, this will be nice for you to have ONE place to ship from. And shipping there is easy, same rates as eBay. Just can’t do FedEx from there (we ship those from eBay).
Now, if someone can tell me how to change the orientation on my Poshmark labels to landscape (so that it fits on the labels), that would be great!
