I married well!
She does all of the shoes and all of the hard goods, and some of the clothes. She has taken over the jeans as it gives her something to work on when the yard sale hard goods are few and far between.

We just started to expand into shoes this year, and it is really helping our numbers. We don’t do as many athletic shoes as we usually find them in beat up condition.
Frostys: respond to the case saying that to understand The proper path to resolution for them, to please provide photos of the damage, the box, and the label.
I would also contact EBay for guidance through the process to ensure you are doing what they require.
Glad you could take some of our Rocky Mountain High back with you!
Yes, people will pay on clothes. Shipping one to New Zealand today…
Hope you enjoyed our state!
Annalisa: I would suggest going to the Global Shipping Program. We used to ship Internationally on our own for years, but we decided to give GSP a shot this year. Love it. No issues, and you get tracking all the way to the buyer.
I would like to see Item Specifics for eBay that I could use as Tags for Etsy…
We have been on Free Returns for over a month, no issues. I don’t like it when we have shoes that we have to pay for the return (only once), but it is very simple and easy. I have not seen an increase in return rates so far.
I completely agree with Jay.
And if you are concerned at any time in the process, contact eBay and let them know where you stand. They have always been very helpful to us in these cases.
If they open a case, you always want to keep the ball in their court (response wise). And if you get a message that makes you feel uncomfortable with where they are, contact eBay and let them know your concerns.
For us on SixBit, we have to manually do that part. I’m wishing that we could automate that.
Something I’m going to ask the SixBit guys at eBay Open…
