USPS shows parcel received 11/25, last update was 12/2 showing in transit, arriving late
eBay tracking doesn’t show my priority shipment was ever received
I haven’t heard anything from the buyer at all so I can only assume they either received their item weeks ago or aren’t concerned at all about the shipping delays
I have only had one other package where the tracking was this bad, but that was sent media mail around this time last year
I love my Rollo! I bought mine in August and haven’t had any issues printing labels for FedEx, USPS, or UPS. The labels are so cheap that I also made a few custom labels to print for packages with fragile glass or bendable items (for buyer peace of mind) or the labeling required to ship certain items (batteries).
It was a very eye-opening experience to see what a time(and tape!)-saver it is compared to when I first started out and was inkjet printing, cutting, taping labels using regular paper. Money well-spent to save 10-15+ minutes every day.
Still no updates when looking up the tracking number, but did receive an e-mail from USPS this morning saying the package has been found! 37 days later!
I’ve taken a hands off ‘no news is good news’ approach & had not sent or received any messages from them since I let them know a search request had been opened until today letting them know it had been found. It’s really nice to have such an understanding and easy-going customer who just wants their item in this situation.

Another note about this item – my Aunt was really interested to hear about what I had been selling on eBay and began looking through my store at Christmas. She noticed I had this cassette rack listed and clued me in that these are popular not just for people with cassette collections, some scrapbookers use them to store their stamps & ink pads (she is big into scrapbooking).
She also mentioned there are big scrapbooking trendsetters that will post a new use for an obscure/’worthless’ item in a project and it will quickly sell out everywhere. It’s always interesting to find out about other than intended uses for things that most people would never think of.

Perfect! Thank you all so much! I opened the search request. Will update to let anyone interested know how it all turns out.
Thanks for the input all.
How do I get the post office to search for the mail? It’s been 2 weeks since tracking updated. The clerk only looked up the tracking number on their computer & the supervisor at my local PO only printed out a copy of the tracking information. Both made it seem like my only option was to sit on my hands and wait.
I looked into eBay’s official policy on items not delivered and it seems like the buyer can open an item not received case at any time within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date, at that point I have 3 days to provide a solution – Either the buyer agrees to wait up to 21 days from the point the case is opened before eBay automatically closes the case, or in the worst case scenario I issue a full refund & eat the cost.

I’ve purchased them several times for about 50 cents a piece in quantity of 100 from theboxery on eBay. Haven’t had any issues with them, but the ones almasty linked look much beefier than the ones I have.
