yes, you can download a label for correct customer and send it to her as an attachement in ebay messages. was the item that got sent to her by accident marked as shipped? if so, how? what happened to the label you generated for that other person?
if you issue the refund, that negative should come off your feedback page.

Just a heads up that we have some re-stocked merch on our store (Beanies, 5 Panel Caps, Travel Mugs) and we have some new coffees! A very limited edition Costa Rican and a new Half Caf Blend, Almost Average. Woo! Help keep us busy over at the roastery!
please post a link to this, we all want to watch!

I know there are much nicer spots in NJ. Just had to be there for a coffee tasting at a warehouse 😂.
The firehose email was automated by Feedburner. Feedburner discontinued their email subscription service, so it no longer goes out. I can research a suitable replacement.
and i only gave them some of their money back because items arrived back to me damaged. ebay allows you to do that. i provided photos and they were only refunded a portion of what they paid.
Done!

Cheers! ABL!
Great suggestions! I’ll put it on my to-do list, thanks Zach!
Thermal labels are free from Fedex and UPS. If you have an account with them, you can sign in and get labels. An account is also free. We use UPS a lot for shipping wholesale coffee orders, but i’ve also starting using UPS Ground for a cheaper rate through Pirate Ship for large, heavy ebay items.
Love the Rollo, i have one at home for ebay and one at our coffee roastery for roaster orders. i figured out how to print invoices/packing slips for ebay on it too, so it saves a ton of toner on my laser printer because i barely use it! We use UPS a lot at the roastery so I was able to get 5000 thermal labels for free through them. Win win.
i’m still seeing the old listing tool, but surely we’ll all see the new one soon.
