I find it funny that buyers claim “not authentic” on weird vintage stuff. I’m pretty sure that “not authentic” is mostly meant to be for high end knock-offs of shoes and purses like Hermes and LV, not vintage fabric etc. but I guess ebay lets you choose any reason for returns no matter what the category. 🤷♀️
if you bought a Priority label, you get $50 or $100 if you’re top rated of free insurance. so i just put $0 paid for insruance. unless i’m asking for more than that.

What I’m seeing is items shipped out this week are moving slowish, but overall pretty normal with most getting delivered in a timely manner. Items from Dec 17th just starting showing up at our Regional Hub in Richmond VA. Guess they were sitting in a truck since then! I’m thinking it’s safe for anyone who put their stores on pause to start selling again. Don’t quote me on that though 🙃

i think you win with 38 days! i’m seeing similar delays. some stuff i sent first week of Dec, just getting scanned at our regional hub yesterday 😂. at least they’re not lost!
you can create a shipping label even if the item was not purchased using paypal. you just need to be signed into paypal–
I do see why you were confused, the ebay language didn’t say they’d send a label, which is weird because they should.
I’ve noticed you can’t edit an address on labels that get charged later, so this goes for FedEx and UPS. Which, yes, is a pain!
Try different browser, clear your cache and cookies. sign out, sign back in.
Also you can generate labels in Paypal or Pirateship and manually add the tracking to ebay.
Had a similar issue with Shippo the other day for about an hour and just made labels on Paypal.
