i usually find that “Delivery status not updated” means it was delivered and the carrier never updated the scan. to ask your buyer to open and Item not received case will just put defect on your account, as you can’t prove that it got delivered, ultimately making you responsible to fully refund them.
we have talked about this before, but it’s a great tool to use to check your store every now and then, i’m checking mine right now!
that’s what we do too with patches or other small items (like buttons). front back and hold it in your hand or put it next to a quarter for size comparison. not just so you get the 3 photos, but i find when i buy from other sellers and they don’t do some kind of size comparison for smaller items, i am ofter flumoxed at how small the item ends up being because i just pictured it differently.
i’ve had something similar happen where someone will buy an item (like a mug) on ebay and immediately buy the same one on Bonanza. but they don’t realize this is a mirrored store (though the photos and logos are identical) and i’ve had to cancel the sale or try to help them find a similar matching item on ebay, which i have actually been successful at.
yes, everyone should source from the trash for free! our dump will not allow us to pull anything out, it’s against the rules. i sometimes do anyway when i see a really nice box!
i had to un-mark you as spam, i’m not sure why it happens, but i have to manually allow you to post again. i don’t know why even when you’re an approved user.
yes! nice job! can’t wait to do that too.
technically GDBK does show repeat customers using first and last name data, not email or username data. so i’ve seen it flag repeat customers for a name like “Richard Smith”, and i checked the info about purchases and it was two different people, different locations, usernames and emails. i wish ebay would just give this info based on username and email.
thank you for that step by step! i will try it out, that’s so helpful!
cole haan was owned by nike for a few years, so you’d see their shoes with nike soles.

it would be interesting if WP/ebay stats would give us internal store stats that were better than they are now, which is basically nothing.
i guess you could have a disclaimer though, that you’re not responsible for a shipper’s damage and that the customer should always insure delicate items for shipment etc etc.
it would be interesting if they only showed 1 year of data/solds to store subscribers. everyone else could just see 90 days. i’ve always thought that would be a nice perk for the people paying lots of fees!
