There is a lot of stuff on there that requires an EUC certificate. If the items have that denoted you cannot buy the items as a Canadian. Keep that in mind.
The key to a RetroPie is to only load a couple games at a time. That way they can enjoy them for a while then you can add a couple more as time goes on. I love how EASY it is to load new games to the pie and then use the scraper to add the image files. It is definitely overwhelming to just dump the entire collective of emulated games on there.
Oh and my kids have a lot more than just a retro pie to raise them right. Here is my gameroom.
Ugh. I hate the cold. I hate the early darkness in the evening. With their forces combined, my energies and motivations are zapped. Anwyays, on to numbers.

Highest Price item: $180 Nike Duck Boots.Drumroll please…… I finally hit 1000 active items in my store!!
Strong sales through the week and then sales died for the weekend. I closed out Sunday with a huge sale of a pair of Nikes to make up for the sluggish weekend.Once I hit my goal of 1000 listings early Saturday, I celebrated by building a RetroPie system and playing a bunch of classic Nintendo and Arcade games with my kids all weekend. Man what a time waster! If you don’t know what RetroPie is, do yourself a favor and google it. It was too freaking cold to do much more than stay indoors and be lazy.
Why would they discontinue the 12x12x12?? That is a universally great size. I can see ditching the 10″ cube, but both??
Definitely a passion project.
Any truly collectible shoe would be devalued by that process.I think an artists time would be better spend customizing shoes. Custom painted chuck taylors are awesome. Also, many professional athletes pay artists to custom paint/make their shoes and gear.
Here’s a great example:
https://bstreetshoes.com/I use USPS padded flat rate mailers for all of my jeans. Even small women’s jeans usually run at just over 1 lb, so 1st class is usually not an option.
I don’t see why anyone would bat an eye at using a polymailer over a padded mailer. I only use the padded mailer because it’s free and shipping is cheaper. I do not use the cardboard flat rate envelopes. I do not like them. Putting anything other than paper in them does not feel secure.
AH ok. I’ve heard a lot of misinformation about the effect on homeowners. I’ve not went into great detail on the research myself. I probably need to.
So you have no part of your business at home?
How did this affect your homeowners policy since you are self employed out of your house?
I have no idea why that posted so small.
Here’s the direct link to graph:There is still a model code in them typically. I have a couple pair listed and I research the code to get the name of the shoe.
Here is one of my listings that shows the model #.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/263131902247Follow-up on my call-in.
Technically, amazon does have a much better resolution system. You can call them. They will also email with you. They document EVERYTHING and they have rules. I had a buyer return the wrong item on amazon FBA. I was able to resolve it with a clear process. I generally never had a problem with their customer service to me as a seller. With a wrong item on ebay, CS basically told me tough crap and that it was my obligation to get the customer to admit to it. The only issue I had was that they’d sometimes take 2-3 days to do a call back.
With ebay, they refuse to document anything. They don’t seem to follow any rules most of the time. They are inconsistent and often extremely illogical in their decisions (like refusing a refund to my customer). Even though my buyer and I got refunds, we were both really upset afterwards -he messaged me to get my side of the absurd process and we discussed. Basically, ebay lied to both of us repeatedly.
I did nothing wrong, but ebay severly damaged this buyers confidence in the ebay system. They also damaged this buyers confidence in sellers by lying to them about me to cover for their own incompetence. This is just one customer who is so jaded they may not buy on ebay again. How many times a day do they do this? Thousands? Tens of thousands?
So yeah, the flawed resolution system totally effects us as sellers and it does concern me going forward if they cannot fix it. The easiest fix they could have is to start documenting calls and messaging a summary back to you for your records. Why don’t they do this? It is industry standard.
I just had an item I listed that was 10lb and about 14x12x10.
Fed Ex ground was several dollars cheaper on the low and high ends than Smart Post.Very rarely does Smart Post work out to be better for me. I also refuse to ship anything breakable via Smart Post.
Once you get it back, refund them through paypal minus original shipping. Then call ebay and have them credit back your FVF. They can see in their system that you refunded them through paypal.
Godaddy will pull in more than a year’s worth of ebay data. Data that ebay WON’T give you (90 day limit)
If you are wanting to start off fresh then signing up for GDBK and getting your ebay history neatly imported and sorted that is worth its weight in gold. After you’re caught up, then feel free to use whatever software you want. -
