Ah thanks. I just “customized” the Seller Hub page and added the Task box. I’m all caught up at the moment so nothing there currently.
UPDATE 2: The prior order was a GSP, so no Ship By date was identified. I just got another normal order and (yea!) there is a Ship By date showing on the All Selling Page under SOLDS. Still it’s crazy that this is not identified on the Awaiting Shipment page for each item.
Thanks, although using Seller Hub, the “Orders >> Awaiting Shipment” page doesn’t have that “ship by” information. It should as that is what I use to do my shipping. There is also no link on the Seller Hub to the “All Selling” page. It took me a while to actually find the link, and I’m not sure now how I actually found it. I’ve now added the link to it on my Seller Hub under “Shortcuts.”
UPDATE: Just sold something and there is no info on “Ship by” on the All Selling Page … ???

EBay operates on Pacific time. If a paid order comes in just after Midnight local time but it is still before Midnight Pacific time, are the “days” based on Pacific time or local time (Handling and delivery)? I’ve never been clear on that. Thanks for the transcript.
Saved on tape this time. $22 ish for 36 rolls delivered. 🙂
On eBay emails, go to your communication preferences under account, and you can pick and choose the ones you want or don’t want. That is how I shut off the listing confirmation ones recently.
I had 3 items in 2 months sell on Bonanza that were subsequently sold on eBay. The growing dings I had to take by canceling the eBay orders convinced me it could lead to loss of top status on eBay.. I thus closed my Bonanza account..
Here is the irony. When Top Sellers find it bad for the bottom line to offer FREE RETURNS, they will lose their Top Rated status and discount, and then there is really no compelling incentive to bend over backwards to meet any of the Performance Metrics (shipping time, defects, … ). This could blow-up in eBay’s face.
Even the 10% discount didn’t amount to more than $50/m on $6000 in gross sales.
And it should be mentioned, eBay and Paypal makes fees on the seller-paid return shipping do they not?

We’ve been in the program awhile. Can’t really tell if it mattered. Can’t tell if switching to immediate payment mattered either. Their 3-day toggle thing still does not bring up eligible items properly. With 1-day handling it is pretty easy to keep good performance.
https://imgur.com/a/gVZHxShoppers can still use the cart even if you have immediate pay. They pay on the cart total. I have immediate pay and get people using the cart regularly.
Yes, a good number of no-shows and flakes, like 1 in 10. Using Facebook, we send them auto-appointment reminders in the morning and 1 hour before. They need to respond in a message or we wont show up. We move on to the next in line if that happens. Some buyers “F” with us, saying they are on their way when they never even left the house. They get black listed and blocked.
Just us and a good 2-wheel dolly. Great exercise. We don’t buy anything ridiculously big or heavy. At most we do hutches and armoires. No appliances. We got this 2 weeks ago for $50. Beadboard cabinet. Sold it for $400.

As I said, we rent two 10’x20′ storage units as seen in the photos. We store them there and people pick up there by appointment, all year round.

I have all 2200 listed items promoted and none are showing up promoted. They must be working the problem. Amazing how things that were working can just stop working.
