I know that it usually takes a couple weeks for items to come back from the warehouse. They come i different boxes because the items come from different warehouses.
It’s not a scam. Sending our stuff isn’t a real priority for Amazon.
I think Black Friday is for amateurs. All the time you waste in line and fighting over deals that aren’t that great.
What kind of deals are better than the ones we all find each day?
Welcome Jim. I love Maine.
I’m very curious to hear your adventures finding small American manufacturers who would let you exclusively sell their items on Amazon. Instead of chasing the cheap items that come out of China, it seems smart to have the advantage of working with a local supplier.
Welcome Christine. We love your taste.
It’s good to hear that you can still successfully scavenge in SoCal. Im sure you just have different strategies from those of us on the East Coast.
That’s quite a change of culture going from Illinois to Louisiana.
And yeah, it’s all about being patient.
If you;re impatient, then you aren’t listing enough.Welcome everyone. Please go ahead and start your own thread.
Be nice if people can see where everyone is from.Welcome Marjean28.
I love anyone who is willing to dumpster dive. That is the real deal scavenging.
Ever have issues with police or property owners? It sounds like you know how to do eBay.
There’s really no perfect set up. Just what works for you.
Then you just got to list. list list.I love this story. Plus you;re not that far from us. Rural Maryland is beautiful.
Totally agree about buying property in a rural area because you can afford multiple buildings. Our home is (almost) eBay free because we can keep the inventory in other places. Really helps burnout.
Let us know what they say. We’ve haven’t noticed the higher fees.
Thanks. We can do better. Tweaks are coming.
We bought a new Kohler urinal in the back of a thrift store for $15. They list for between $200-$300.
It’s not listed yet, but it’s a good example of when we’re willing to pay more for an item we know will sell.
The only things I’ve ever regretted is passing on an item I know I should have bought. I have never regretted buying an item because everything evenutally sells.
So when in doubt, buy it!

Let’s test an image:
https://imgur.com/r/cats/lcdjuWvYeah, we’re going to stop sending in boxes and see what sells over the next two months. If things keep selling, i’m willing to eat the extra storage fees.
That’s incredibly smart.
I always just look at what sells. And then hope for the best!I never thought to compare how many are available on eBay vs how many have sold.
