That’s right! Like anything collectible, that’s where the money is.
That’s an interesting hypothesis. eBay used to be much more transparent. You could see a user’s buying history and what they paid for things. I guess we’ve moved into a world where privacy is key.
You did great on eBay this week. We’d love to see a video!
I agree that these sellers could be either not understanding how to measure cubic feet or hoping buyers dont know. I’d be surprised if a reputable shipping supply seller would underweigh peanuts. That’s a quick road to getting a bad rep.
We have a buying account. Not so worried about getting retaliation, but it is nice keeping things separate.
What did you sell them for. Usually they’re pretty low dollar but any sale is nice.
That tie die looks really good. Sometimes the colorful ones are too hippy looking, Nice pandemic art project.
Really glad to hear you received some of the emergency stimulus money. Nice that normal small businesses are getting it.
Yeah, its a tough time to start an eBay store or to get back to thrifting. I imagine it’ll be several months before it’ll be easy to safely shop again.
–What kind of Retail arbitrage items do you usually sell on Amazon.
–Are you an FBA seller?
–What has selling like been on Amazon? We always do Saturday pickups. I think things are as reliable as your local carriers are. Again, I’d get to become friends with your carriers.
It doesnt cost you anything to try removing it. Since the buyer just shared an opinion and didnt say anything specific about sizing issues, often times eBay ust says “work it out with the buyer”.
I’m surprised they didn’t just send it back with the reason “item not as described”. You lucked out. Selling vintage clothes is tough. We just take returns to avoid angry buyers.
Nice looks good. Do these slides sell well for yoiu?
–Whats your process of taking photos of 850 slides?
–Are you using a slide scanner on your computer?
–Listing each one on eBay as you go?
–Are you just taking one photo of each slide? It’s cool eBay is doing this.
What would be cooler is if they just waived all listing fees for three months.
We cant list the 10k items in our Anchor subscription. They could make it 1,000,000 free listings till July and it wouldnt matter to us.Paypal refused their claim (good!). And they left you a negative feedback on eBay (sucks but not the end of the world).
Tell the buyer to call eBay for a refund if it was damaged in shipping. Thats all you can do. Keep listing.
04/21/2020 at 7:39 pm in reply to: Buyer Claims Ebay Told Her a Change Was Made After She Paid #76588It seems like a lot of work to get a free swimsuit. If she’s paid, I’d just ship unless she asks for a cancellation.
If she does respond, I’d love to see the message eBay sent her. I’ve never heard of this before.
